Upon arrival, Officer met with Roberta Edgerton, driver of the blue 2019 Nissan Rogue and the driver of the maroon Honda Accord Crosstour. Roberta advised Officer she failed to observe she had a red light. Officer later issued Roberta a citation for the Red Light Violation (PC Ord.#313.03 C1).
