9/5/2019 4:54 PM Parking Complaint Carriage Dr. Officer observed a homemade trailer parked on the street in front of the listed location.  The trailer has been sitting on the road for several weeks.  Officer attempted to make contact with the owner but was unsuccessful.  1910 Hours-Officer received a call from trailer owner.  Officer advised trailer owner of the ordinance and that his trailer needed to be moved off the roadway.  Trailer owner apologized and was unaware of the ordinance.  Tailer also stated that he would park it in his garage.   Approved
9/5/2019 4:47 PM Parking Complaint East Main St. Officer observed a black Cadillac parked on East Main Street in front of the listed location. The vehicle had a "For Sale" sign in the front windshield. Officer made contact with the owner and advised him of the situation. Officer also advised vehicle owner that PCPD has addressed this on several occasions and he wasn't permitted to have a vehicle for sale while parked on the roadway. Vehicle owner apologized and stated that he would remove the sign. After determining everything to be fine, Officer returned to patrol. Frontier Communications Approved
9/5/2019 4:29 PM Assist Other Agency Smith-Calhoun Rd. Officer was requested by the Madison County Sheriff's Office to conduct a well-being check.  After determining everything to be fine, Officer returned to patrol.   Approved
9/5/2019 2:24 AM Suspicious Circumstances Wesley Ave. On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suspicious circumstance. Dispatched advised the caller stated he was inside of his house when he heard someone pushing on his windows and doors.  Upon arrival, Officer searched the area but did not locate anyone. Officer did not observe any footprints or any signs of entry. After not being able to locate anyone or anything out of the ordinary, Officer then returned to patrol.   Approved
