9/4/2019 8:15 PM Well-being Check West Main St. Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a well-being check. The complainant, who wished to remain anonymous, stated that there were people living in a red car at the listed location. Upon arrival, Officer met with both subject and advised them of the complaint.  After determining everything to be fine, Officer returned to patrol. Daily Needs Assistance Approved
9/4/2019 7:53 PM Assist Other Agency Converse Ave. Officer was requested as backup by UCSO Deputies to assist them in locating a subject with a warrant.  After assistance was no longer needed, Officer returned to patrol.   Approved
9/4/2019 7:16 PM Civil Dispute/Standby Noteman Rd. Officer was requested by caller to meet her at the listed location so she could pick up her son.  Officer met with the caller and eventually located her son.  The son retrieved some of his belongings from the listed location.  The caller then asked if Officer could assist them in going to the son's father's residence to pick up the rest of his clothing. Officer and MCSO Deputy met at Smith-Calhoun Rd where the son retrieved his property. Officer then returned to patrol.   Pending
9/4/2019 6:45 PM Warrant - Misdemeanor North Ave. On the stated date and time, Officer learned that David Rhein was staying at the listed location. David had two entered warrants (confirmed) out of the Madison County Sheriff's Office FTA for traffic offenses). With another Officer as backup, Officers made contact with David and placed him into custody without incident. Officer transported David to the Tri-County Regional Jail where he was released into their custody. See attached warrants for further information.   Approved
9/4/2019 2:30 PM Miscellaneous - Unclassified North Ave. On the stated date and time, Officer received an intake from UCDOJFS.   Pending
9/4/2019 12:10 PM Stalking North Chillicothe St. Officer was contacted via phone at the Police Department by complainant who advised that she felt that her ex-boyfriend was stalking/harassing her. Complainant advised that her ex-boyfriend has called her numerous times (her voice mailbox was full of messages).  Complainant also advised that subject has driven by her residence and also her workplace multiple times since. Complainant requested that Officer contact the ex-boyfriend and advise him to stop contacting her and harassing her.   Pending
9/4/2019 12:05 PM Miscellaneous - Unclassified Madison Ave. Officer was met on station by complainant who advised Officer that on Saturday, August 31 his daughter and a friend were walking home when they passed an address on Central Avenue and waived to a man that was outside. A few minutes after arriving at complainant's residence the man sent a Facebook message to the friend and asked who she was, how she knew him and how old she was.  Complainant advised that he later found out that the man was a registered sex offender and then felt that he should notify the Police Department. He advised that there was really nothing to the messages sent, but wanted the Police to know about the contact.  Officer then contacted MCSO who is in charge of sex offender registrations and advised Deputy of the incident. Deputy requested that Officer speak with suspect and advise him to cease contacting either of the girls.  Another Officer will attempt to follow up with suspect in the evening about this incident.   Pending
