9/17/2019 11:55 PM 911 Unknown Dogwood Ct. Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a 911 unknown. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with caller who stated that the phone was malfunctioning and dialing 911. After speaking with caller further and determining there was nothing out of the ordinary, Officer returned to patrol.   Pending
9/17/2019 9:02 PM Suspicious Person South Jefferson Ave. Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a suspicious person complaint. The manger at the listed location stated that a male subject had been walking around the store for an extended period of time.  Upon arrival, Officer made contact with subject and advised subject of the complaint. Subject stated that he was simply trying to make conversation and did not intend to make anyone uncomfortable. Once subject left the business, Officer returned to patrol. McDonald's Pending
9/17/2019 1:48 PM Solicitor Dickens Ln. Officer received a complaint in regards to a solicitor.  Complainant stated he did not answer the door, but since the solicitor left a business card and there have been several other solicitor complaints recently, he wanted to report it.  Officer called and spoke to subject who works for Universal Builders. Officer informed subject the Village of Plain City requires a permit and she should check before soliciting. Subject advised she would advise her boss and wouldn't do any soliciting before getting a permit.   Pending
9/17/2019 3:15 AM Threatened Suicide West South St. Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a suicide threat. The caller stated that he had received several text messages from subject.  Upon arrival, Officer made contact with subject who agreed to be voluntarily transported to the hospital to be evaluated. Once subject was transported by the medics, Officer returned to patrol.  A CIT report was filed.   Approved
9/17/2019 1:34 AM Suspicious Person/Vehicle North Chillicothe St. Officer observed a Honda Civic pull into the listed location. Officer made contact with the driver who stated that he was an Uber driver and that he had dropped someone off at one of the campsites. After determining everything checked okay, Officer returned to patrol. Pastime Park Pending
