12/17/2019 7:54 PM Threatened Suicide Harrington Dr. On the stated date and time, Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a female making threats to harm her mother, and herself. Upon arrival, Officer met with caller who advised her sister was just at her house but had left prior to Officer's arrival. Caller stated that sister was intoxicated and made threats to kill her mother.  Sister made several statements to caller that she felt like killing herself. Officer then made contact with mother who stated that she did not feel like she was currently in any danger.  Officer then contacted Delaware City Police Department and requested they make contact with sister.  A short time later, Officer learned the Delaware City Police Department made contact with sister, who advised she did not want to harm herself and she was okay.  This incident will be forwarded to the Madison County Department of Jobs and Family Services.   Pending
12/17/2019 7:14 PM Parking Complaint Alderwood Cir. S On the stated date and time, Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a vehicle that has not been moved in several weeks. Dispatched advised an anonymous caller stated a silver 2007 Mitsubishi was parked on the side of the road and has not moved for several weeks. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with the owner at the listed location. Owner advised the vehicle is not disabled, and he drove the vehicle less than a week ago. Owner was advised he did not need to move his vehicle since it is not disabled. Officers then returned to patrol.   Pending
12/17/2019 5:19 PM Domestic Dispute South Chillicothe St. On the stated date and time, Officer responded to the area of South Chillicothe Street in reference to a possible intoxicated female who drove away from the listed location.  Upon arrival to the area, Officer was unable to locate the female or the vehicle. A short time later, Officers responded to the listed location in reference to subject arriving back to the residence and arguing with her mother.  Upon our arrival, Officers made contact with intoxicated female who denied previously driving. Subject advised that she wanted to take her daughter and go to her grandmother's residence for the night. Due to subject's intoxication level, subject agreed to leave daughter at the listed location with her mother. Subject then left the residence and was given a ride by a friend. After determining everything to be fine, Officers then returned to patrol.  This incident will be forwarded to the Madison County Department of Jobs and Family Services.   Pending
12/17/2019 3:37 PM Miscellaneous - Unclassified East First Ave. On the stated date and time, Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a possible harassment complaint. Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller who advised that she located a Christmas card in her mailbox addressed to her daughters from her ex-husband.  Officer advised caller that a Christmas card for her daughters is not harassment.  Officer advised that since the no contact order is no longer valid, father is allowed to have communications with his daughters.  Upon determining everything to be okay, Officer returned to patrol.   Pending
12/17/2019 2:30 AM Assist Other Agency Montgomery Dr. On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location to assist the Union Co. Sheriff's Office on an alarm drop. Once assistance was no longer needed, Officer then returned to patrol.   Approved
