12/9/2019 9:07 PM Miscellaneous - Unclassified US Rt. 42 N  On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the area of US 42N in reference to a male riding a bike without reflective gear. Upon arrival, Officer located a male running on US 42 at North Chillicothe. The male was wearing reflective clothing and advised he runs the same route every day.  Runner advised he was running back into town on North Chillicothe Street and would be careful. After determining everything to be fine, Officer then returned to patrol.   Pending
12/9/2019 5:02 PM Telecom Harassment Dogwood Ct. On the listed date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a phone harassment complaint. Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller. Caller advised Officer that he is receiving text messages from blocked and unknown numbers and wanted to know what he could he do. Officer advised caller to get with his cellphone provider and have them put anonymous call guard on his phone.  Officer also advised caller that he may want to look into changing his cellphone number if the messages continue. Caller advised Officer he would consider changing his number. Officer then returned to patrol.   Approved
12/9/2019 2:57 PM Drugs - Other Country Meadow Ln. On the listed date and time units from the Police Department in coordination with agents from the USPIS executed a search warrant at this address in reference to dangerous drugs being delivered via US Mail. Ryne Mayer was arrested and charged with Possession of Drugs (2925.11) and taken to Tri-County Jail. For more information see case.   Pending
12/9/2019 4:15 AM Threatened Suicide Maple Ct. On the stated date and time, Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a possible suicide threat. An employee with a suicide hotline stated that she was speaking with a female at the listed location. The caller stated that while speaking with subject, subject stated that she was contemplating suicide. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with subject and subject's mother.  Upon speaking to subject further, subject agreed to be voluntarily transported to hospital by medic  After medic left the residence with subject, Officers returned to patrol.  Refer to CIT for further.   Approved
12/9/2019 1:15 AM Suspicious Vehicle North Chillicothe St. On the listed date and time, Officers observed a green GMC van parked at the listed location. Officer made contact with the vehicles driver.  Driver stated that he had been driving all night and stopped at the park to rest. Subject was advised that the park is closed for the season for camping and was also advised that he was in the park past park hours. Once subject had left the park, Officers returned to patrol.
