12/4/2019 10:22 PM Threatened Suicide Maple Ct. On the stated date and time, MCSO called and advised they spoke with subject over the phone. MCSO advised that subject told them that she was feeling depressed.  The dispatcher asked subject if she was going to harm herself and subject advised if she did no one would care. MCSO advised they believed the call came in after PCPD had recently cleared the call with same subject. Officers responded back to the location and made contact with subject and her mother.  Subject advised that nothing had changed since Officers left.  Subject advised she had several missed calls from the MCSO and she called them back. Subject advised Officers again that she was only depressed and not actively suicidal. After deeming everything okay Officers returned to patrol.   Pending
12/4/2019 9:33 PM Threatened Suicide Maple Ct. On the stated date and time, Officers responded to the listed location in reference to suicide threats. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with subject who advised Officers she was not making threats, she just called the suicide hotline because she was feeling depressed today.  Subject appeared normal and advised she was about to go to bed. Officer then spoke with subject's mother.  Officer advised her of what was going on. Mother advised that she believed subject was fine tonight and just needed someone to talk to. Mother advised she would call us if she believed otherwise.   Pending
12/4/2019 8:58 PM 911 Follow-up Doe St. On the stated date and time, Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a 911 hang up. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with the homeowner who advised Officer that everything was okay and the dial was accidental. After deeming everything fine, Officer returned to patrol.   Pending
12/4/2019 7:21 PM Animal Complaint - Other South Jefferson Ave. On the stated date and time, Officer was on patrol when Officer observed a black canine run into traffic at the intersection of South Jefferson Ave and West Main St. Officer attempted to put the canine on a leash when it ran eastbound through the intersection again. The canine was a black Pitbull/Lab mix with a long pointed tail. The canine also had a red collar on. Officer attempted to re-locate the canine but was unsuccessful.   Approved
12/4/2019 5:20 PM Solicitor North Ave. On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the area of  North Avenue in reference to a soliciting complaint. The complainant stated that a white male, wearing a blue coat and black hat was going door to door. Upon arrival, Officer observed the male, later identified as Justin Matheus, walking onto the porch of a North Avenue residence.  Officer made contact with him and inquired if he was soliciting and asked him if he had a permit, which he did not. Justin was subsequently issued a summons for Soliciting Without a Permit (PC ORD 723.01) and released.   Approved
