11/15/2019 9:40 PM Traffic Stop Plain City-Georgesville Rd. Officer was on stationary patrol when Officer observed a blue Chrysler Sedan traveling above the posted speed limit. Officer made contact with the driver and her passengers, Driver was given a verbal warning for her speed violation. All parties were then released and Officer returned to patrol.   Pending
11/15/2019 8:06 PM Non-Injury Crash US Rt. 42 N  Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a non-injury vehicle versus deer accident. Upon arrival, Officer spoke to the vehicle driver/owner who advised he was traveling southbound on US 42 near North Chillicothe St, in his blue Mercury Sedan,  when he struck a deer that came from a field east of the roadway. The collision caused moderate damage to the front end of the vehicle. Photographs of the vehicle were taken and driver provided a statement for the crash. Driver then left the scene.  The deer, which was deceased, was later released to the next person on the deer kill list, along with a deer carcass receipt. See media for further.   Approved
11/15/2019 3:09 AM Assist Other Agency SR 161 E  Officer was requested by the Union County Sheriff's Officer to respond to the listed location in reference to a prowler. Officer stood by until assistance was no longer needed. Officer then returned to patrol. Tim Horton's Approved
11/15/2019 1:14 AM Suspicious Circumstances Smucker Ln. Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suspicious circumstance. Upon arrival, Officers searched the home but did not find anyone other than caller.  After determining everything to be fine, Officers then returned to patrol.   Pending
11/16/2019 4:38 PM Other Dispute South Jefferson Ave. Officers were directly requested by special-duty PCPD unit to respond to the Plain City Druggist tailgate in reference to a parking dispute. Upon arrival, Officer was advised that a motorist driving a red truck engaged in a verbal altercation with a parking attendant and that another man was bumped by the front truck bumper of the red truck. Driver of the truck advised that he was dropping off water bottles to his wife, who was a vendor at the tailgate and was unfamiliar with the traffic arrangement and did not intend to bump the subject. Driver agreed to not return to the tailgate. Officer then returned to patrol. Plain City Druggist/Professional Bu Pending
11/16/2019 12:21 PM 911 Follow-up South Jefferson Ave. Officer was dispatched to the area of South Jefferson Ave on a wireless 911 hang-up.  Upon arrival to the area, Officer was unable to locate the source of the call or any other signs of distress/emergency in the area. Officer called the number associated with the hangup but no one answered and the voicemail box was full. Officer then returned to patrol.   Pending
11/16/2019 9:42 AM Non-Injury Crash South Jefferson Ave. Officer was dispatched to a 2 vehicle non-injury crash on South Jefferson Avenue (US42S) at West Ave./Perry Pike. Upon arrival, Officer met with Guril JC Allman Jr, the driver of Unit 1, the driver of Unit 2 and her passenger.  Officer learned that Guril failed to stop for the red light.  He then struck Unit 2's vehicle.  Guril was issued a citation for a Red Light Violation (PC ORD.# 313.03C1) and released.  Unit 2's vehicle was towed from the scene.  Officer then returned to patrol.    Pending
11/17/2019 3:46 PM Animal Complaint - Other South Chillicothe St. Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to loose dog complaint. Upon arrival, Officer met with complainant, who saw the loose dogs and advised she followed them until they reentered the hole in the gate from which they escaped. Officer did not observe any loose canines. Officer made contact with the dog's owner who advised that there was a gap in the fencing and that is how the dogs escaped. Dog's owner advised that he would fix the gap as soon as possible. Officer advised dog's owner of the village ordinance and the possible consequences of additional violation. Officer then returned to patrol.   Pending
11/17/2019 12:46 AM Suspicious Person/Vehicle West Main St. Officer was on patrol when Officer observed a red Ford Ranger in the parking lot of the listed location. Officer then made contact with a male outside of the vehicle. After speaking with the male, it was found he just stopped to buy a can of pop at the vending machines. After deeming everything fine, Officer returned to patrol. Marathon/GB Power LLC Pending
11/17/2019 12:37 AM Barking Dog South Chillicothe St. Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a barking dog complaint. Upon arrival, Officer could hear a dog barking loudly at the listed location's back yard. Officer made contact with resident.  Resident apologized and stated that she would bring the dog inside. Officer advised resident of the consequences if the issue continued. Officer then left a voicemail via public service for resident's guardian advising her of the incident. Officer then returned to patrol.   Pending
