Officer then made contact with the owner who moved the vehicle to a valid parking space. After determining everything to be fine, Officer then returned to patrol.		Pending
11/7/2019	9:11 AM	911 Follow-up	North Mechanic St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 follow up. Dispatch advised that a juvenile had been playing with the phone. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the phone owner who advised Officer that her day care kids had been playing with her cell phone and hit the emergency button. Upon confirming everything was okay, Officer returned to patrol.		Pending
11/7/2019	8:29 AM	Suspicious Person	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a a male asking people for a ride. Upon arrival, Officer located the subject.  Upon speaking to the subject he advised Officer a friend dropped him off earlier due to forgetting his keys at home. The subject advised he did not want to go home and wake his 86 year-old mother up to let him in. Subject further advised he was just asking for a ride due to the weather (rain & cold). Officer advised subject Officer would give him a ride to his residence. Officer advised the caller Officer would transport subject  home.  Once at the subject's residence, Officer advised subject to not go to the Shell and attempt to solicit rides anymore, subject advised he understood.
