10/25/2019 9:05 PM Traffic Stop South Jefferson Ave. Officer conducted a routine registration check on a silver Nissan Sedan traveling northbound on South Jefferson Ave.  The registration returned back to a black Ford Edge. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the vehicle driver, Rachel Frantz. Rachel advised Officer she had purchased the vehicle, used a 45 day tag for it and when that expired she put this registration on the vehicle.  Rachel was later issued a citation for Registration Belonging To Another Vehicle. The vehicle was towed to the PCPD impound lot by Kirby's Towing. Rachel waited at the Shell Station for her ride.   Pending
10/25/2019 8:34 AM Other Dispute Park St. Officer was dispatched to the area of Park Street and Pastime Street for a possible dispute. The caller advised dispatch that subject was yelling obscenities at his mother.  Upon arrival to the area, Officer was unable to locate the subject and his mother.  Officer then spoke with the caller who advised Officer that subject was yelling at his mother and then appeared to throw something.  Officer was able to locate subject and his mother on West Main Street near Guy Street. Upon speaking with them they advised that they had been arguing when the caller butted into the argument. They advised that then the caller began yelling at subject. They advised they walked away to avoid any further issues. Officer advised subject to refrain from yelling at his mother and not to yell obscenities. Subject advised he understood, Officer then returned to patrol.   Pending
10/25/2019 2:36 AM Suspicious Circumstances Fanshell Dr. Officer was on patrol when Officer observed a open trunk of a 2015 Hyundai 4-door sedan parked at the listed location. Officer made contact with the vehicle owner who advised he must have forgotten to shut it earlier. It was secured before Officer returned to patrol.   Pending
10/25/2019 12:07 AM Assist Other Agency US Rt. 42 N  Officer was dispatched to US 42N near US33 to assist UCSO Deputy on a traffic stop. Officer stayed on scene until assistance was no longer needed. Officer then returned to patrol.   Approved
10/26/2019 10:21 PM Loud Noise/Disturbance Jackson St. Officer responded to the area of Jackson Street in reference to a noise complaint. The caller (who wished to remain anonymous) stated that he heard loud music coming from somewhere in that area. Upon arrival, Officer checked the area but was unable to locate any loud music. Officer then returned to patrol.   Pending
10/26/2019 8:44 PM Road Hazard Buckboard Ln. Officers removed a large tree from the roadway in front of the listed location. The tree landed on the home's mailbox causing damage to it. The tree was later cut up by station 261 and removed from the roadway.   Pending
10/27/2019 8:24 PM Suspicious Person South Jefferson Ave. Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suspicious person. The anonymous caller advised there were two males shining flashlights into the used cars at The Gran Sports Motors used car lot. The only description given by the caller was that the two white males were wearing baseball hats. Officer then arrived on scene and checked the area but was not able to locate anyone. 10/27/2019 7:08 PM Assist Other Agency SR 161 E  Officer responded to the area of SR 161 near the east corporation limit in reference to livestock in the roadway. Upon arrival, Officer observed a large cow in the road.  Shortly after Officer's arrival, Officer was able to secure the cow inside of a gate. Dispatch then notified the owner, and Officer returned to patrol.   Pending
10/27/2019 2:20 PM Drunk Stenner Ct. Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to an injury from a fall. Dispatch advised an intoxicated female fell and couldn't get up. Upon arrival, along with Medic, Officers located the subject who was on the ground in front of her residence. Officers then learned subject was consuming alcohol inside of her residence when her friend came to pick her up.  Upon walking to friend's vehicle, subject fell down and couldn't get up. Subject was given a warning for disorderly conduct and was taken to the hospital by medic. Officers then returned to patrol.   Pending
10/27/2019 3:18 AM Domestic Dispute East Main St. Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the caller who stated that he had been in a verbal dispute with his girlfriend.  Caller stated that during the dispute, his girlfriend damaged his flat screen TV and several items inside the house. Caller stated that his girlfriend left ten minutes before Officer's arrival. Caller requested Officer contact his girlfriend and advise her not to return to the residence. Officer then left a voicemail for girlfriend via public service and advised her not to return to the property. Officer then returned to patrol.     Pending
