Officer attempted to find contact information for cardholder but was unsuccessful. Officer contacted the issuing company who requested Officer destroy the card. 10/8/2019	3:51 PM	Bad Checks	West Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the Richwood Bank in reference to a female that had attempted to cash a fraudulent check. Dispatch advised that the female left prior to the bank being able to call the police. Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller and a witness who advised the female presented check to be cashed. After contacting the account holder, caller learned the check was fraudulent. When caller advised female of problems with the check, female departed the bank. See case for further information.
