4/11/2019	11:32 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	South Chillicothe St.	Officer was southbound on South Chillicothe Street near Beach Street when Officer observed a black Labrador Retriever running west across the street. Officer made contact with the dog's owner and advised her about the dog's location. Canine owner was able to get the dog back into the yard. Officer advised canine owner to ensure the dog is kept in the yard. Officer then returned to patrol.		Returned
4/11/2019	3:18 PM	Non-Injury Crash	West Main St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a non-injury accident. Upon arrival, Officer spoke to the driver of a black Ford Truck and Lance Drummond, the driver of a silver Lexus SUV. After speaking with both parties it was determined Lance attempted to pass the truck on the right-hand side striking the side of the truck. Lance was issued a citation for Improper Pass.		Returned
4/11/2019	2:59 PM	Vehicle Lockout	North Chillicothe St.	Officer met caller at the listed location in reference to a vehicle lock-out. Upon arrival, Officer unlocked caller’s black Nissan Sedan without incident. Officer then returned to patrol.		Approved
