4/17/2019	6:54 PM	Parking Complaint	Willowbend Cir.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a parking complaint. The anonymous complainant advised that there was a silver Dodge pickup parked on the sidewalk. Upon arrival, Officer observed the pickup parked, blocking the sidewalk. Officer made contact with the owner, and advised her of the incident. She stated that she would move the vehicle. She was also advised of the ordinance and after determining everything to be fine, Officer returned to patrol.		Approved
4/17/2019	3:46 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	East Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a subject blowing grass into the roadway.  Upon arrival, Officer was unable to make contact with the homeowner, but spoke with the subject’s daughter.  Officer requested that daughter make contact with subject and advise subject that subject was not permitted to blow the grass clippings onto the roadway. Daughter advised that she would tell subject. After determining everything to be fine, Officer returned to patrol.		Approved
4/17/2019	3:38 PM	Threatened Suicide	West South St.	Officer received a call from a counseling service requesting a well being check. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with subject, who was outside working.  After determining everything to be fine, both units returned to patrol.  A short time later counseling service was advised of the incident. 4/17/2019	3:16 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer met with manager of Dollar General who provided Officer with several credit/debit cards and other cards that have been found in/around the business.  After contacting each owner and/or the institution regarding the issue each card was destroyed per owner and/or institution.
