Upon arrival Officers located subject on the porch.  Subject was advised that complainant did not want to speak with him tonight and that she wanted him to vacate the property. Officers then advised subject to have a valid ride pick him and his vehicle up due to subject possibly being intoxicated. After deeming everything fine, Officer returned to patrol.		Pending
