14-Sep-22	3:58:00 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	North Ave.	Officer responded on a possible cruelty to animals complaint. Chase Fry (24), of Plain City, was charged with shooting and killing a dog with a crossbow. He was also advised that discharging of any deadly weapon is prohibited in the Village.
