Attempt was made to contact the owner but was unsuccessful. Officers were able to turn the turn signal off. Additional, follow-up will be completed.	C & C Repairs
19-Jul-22	2:24:00 PM	Non-Injury Crash	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer responded on a non-injury accident in front of Der Dutchman, when a vehicle failed to yield to oncoming traffic. Subsequently, a juvenile was issued citations for Failure to Yield-From Place Other Than Roadway and Juvenile Traffic Offender.  Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
19-Jul-22	12:45:00 PM	Road Hazard	Beach St.	Officer responded on a report of hydraulic fluid from a Rumpke Waste Services truck on the roadway. A company arrived on scene and cleaned up the spill. Rumpke Waste Services and Public Works were notified.
