Officers arrested Michael Millington II, 36, of Plain City, who had multiple confirmed active warrants out of Franklin County. Millington was released into Columbus Police Department's custody.

Officer responded on a damaging complaint involving Battalion Chief 261vehicle and a horse. There were no injuries and an incident report was taken.

Officer observed several juveniles out past curfew. Contact was made with the juvenile's and their parents and they were warned of possible curfew charges.

Driving Complaint

SR 161 E

Officer responded on a driving complaint, of a truck all over the road, in the area of West Main Street near the west corporation limits. Officer observed a traffic violation and initiated a traffic stop. After speaking with the driving, it was determined the driver was not intoxicated. The driver was warned for the traffic violation.

Officer observed a parked vehicle with its headlights on, attempted contact with the resident but was unsuccessful. After observing nothing further out of the ordinary, he returned to patrol.

Officers responded on a report of suspicious circumstances and determined the caller was experiencing a mental health status change. Her husband was notified.

Officer responded on a report of a disabled vehicle. The owner was able to jump start the vehicle. After determining everything to be fine, the officer returned to patrol.

Officer responded on a report of a domestic dispute involving a male and female. After further investigation, Joshua Murray, 34, of Galloway, has been charged with Domestic Violence and Disorderly Conduct.

Officer responded on a noise complaint of loud music, patrolled the area and determined that there was no violation. After determining everything to be fine, officer returned to patrol.

Officer responded on a noise complaint of loud music. Officer patrolled the area but was unable to hear the music, the business was notified of the complaint.

Drunk Driver

North Chillicothe St.

Officer responded on a report of a vehicle that stuck a road sign. After further investigation, Dion Bliss, 57, of Ashland, was arrested and charged with OVI. He submitted a breath test, that resulted in .180% BAC. Dion was also cited and charged with Reasonable Control and Super Concentration. He was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail and his vehicle was secured at the listed location.
