After further investigation, Shaunda Fairchild, 23, of London, was arrested and charged with OVI 4511.19A1A. Shaunda submitted to a BAC test, which resulted in a 0.213% BAC. Shaunda was also charged with OVI Super Concentration 4511.19A1H, Full Time Attention 331.34C, Texting While Driving 333.11A and Open Container 4301.62B4. Shaunda's vehicle was towed to Kirby's Impound lot. She was advised of her court date and released to a family member.
