Warrant - Misdemeanor

North Mechanic St.

Officers went to the listed location in reference to a warrant service. Officers had prior knowledge that Victoria Biggs was inside the residence and she had an entered warrant out of the Marysville Municipal Court for Drug Paraphernalia (confirmed). Victoria was placed into custody without incident. She was transported to the St. Paul Lutheran Church (SR 38) where she was released to the custody of Officer with the Marysville Police Department. Officers then returned to patrol.  See attached warrant for further information.

Solicitor

North Ave.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suspicious person. The anonymous caller advised a subject came to their door an attempted to solicit business. Officer later made contact with, Aaron Campbell who advised he worked for Atlantic Energy. Aaron advised he wasn’t selling any product but was attempted to gain customers for his business. Aaron later advised Officer his co-worker, Michael Memmolo, was also in the area attempting to gain customers. Michael and Aaron were both issued summons for peddler/solicitor. Both parties were advised the proper way to obtain a solicitor permit.  Officer then returned to patrol

Civil Dispute/Standby

North Ave.

Officer met with UCDOJFS at the police department in reference to a civil standby at the listed location. Upon arrival at the residence, no one was home. Officer made contact with the principal at PCES via public service who advised the children were given permission from their parents to ride the bus to a friend's house. UCDOJFS worker stated that she was fine with the children going to a friend’s house and UCDOJFS would follow-up at a later time. After determining everything to be fine, Officer returned to patrol.

Assist Other Agency

Converse Rd.

On the stated date and time, Officer was requested by the Union County Sheriff's Office to the listed location to assist Deputy with a message delivery. Upon arrival, Union County relayed a message for the Dublin Police Department. Once assistance was no longer needed, Officer then returned to patrol.
