Officer was flagged down by a female individual and advised of
two missing juveniles. She stated the juveniles were walking to the another
residence but never arrived. Officers searched the area, and a short time
later the female called and advised the girls had been located. Officer met
with all parties and determined everything to be fine.

school. The son is on probation and terms of the probation are that he not
miss any school. Officer spoke the juvenile at length about going to school,
following rules and also the terms of his probation. The juvenile assured the
Officer that he would make a better effort.

Officer met with the complainant at the listed location in
reference to a parking complaint. She advised that people park in front of
her house and block the wheelchair access from the road to the sidewalk.
Officer advised he would speak with the Village Administrator about painting
the curb and would also mention the issue to the neighboring business since
it is generally their clients that park there. She thanked the Officer for
his time.

Officer met with a resident at the police department in
reference to an attempted scam. She explained that a subject purporting to be
a friend of hers, through Facebook. She received a message from that newly
accepted friend stating how the friend had just received a substantial
'bonus' and suggested the complainant go to a specific website to enter her
information to determine if she was eligible for the bonus as well. Officer
advised not to divulge any sensitive data and not to send anyone any money
without personally knowing exactly who was receiving the money at its
destination. Officer also referred her to the Federal Trade Commission for
additional information regarding identity theft.

had been found on the lot of the listed location. Officer was able to locate
the plate owner and later released the license plate to an authorized

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a
loose canine. Upon arrival, Officer met with the complainant. He stated the
canine has been loose for some time and was even on his porch, preventing him
from letting his canine outside. Officer located the canine and took
possession of the canine and secured her in the kennel at the Police
Department. A few hours later the canine's owner retrieved her. He was
advised of the possible consequences if this were to continue.

While investigating a loose canine complaint, Officer met with
the owner of the listed location. He requested the Officer go with him to
check his residence because he thought he locked the doors and his canine got
loose. Upon arrival, Officer checked the residence and found no signs
of forced entry. The home owner also checked and found that no valuables had
been disturbed. The homeowner thanked the Officer for checking the residence.

possible overdose. Upon arrival Officer made contact with the subject. She
stated that she had gone unconscious several times before our arrival. She

trespassing complaint. The callers called from Florida in reference to two
individuals trespassing on their property. Officer met with the male subject
and advised him of the complaint and warned of the possible consequences if
they trespassed. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officers were looking for a silver car with a temporary
registration out of a trespassing incident. With assistance, Officers located
the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle, a silver Dodge
Neon. Upon conducting a search incident to arrest, Officers located drug
paraphernalia, inside Shawn Writesel's front right pocket. Shawn Writesel was
charged with Obstructing Official Business and Drug Paraphernalia. Sharon
Rachel Adkins was charged Obstructing Official Business along with a
confirmed warrant out of the Delaware County Municipal Court for a Probation
Violation-Original Charge of Drug Abuse Instruments and an additional warrant
out of the Perry County Sheriff's Office for Failure to Appear on a theft
offense.

While investigating an unrelated complaint, Officer was advised
by complainant that one of his bicycles was stolen from his front yard.
Officer advised he would keep a look out for the bicycle and also offered the
complainant other methods of keeping his property secured to prevent future
thefts. Officer then returned to patrol.

for the arrestee's ride to arrive, then returned to patrol.

While on routine patrol, Officer observed four males walking
through the parking lot of the listed location. Officer made contact with
male juveniles, who advised that they were spending the night at their
football coach’s residence, and had arranged a way home. A few minutes later
the driver arrived and confirmed that he was going to transport them back to
a friend's house. Upon making contact with the juvenile's parents, all
parents requested that the driver take them back to the coach’s and they
could stay the night.

to make contact with the home owner and deemed everything to be okay.

Officers were requested by the Union County Sheriff's Office to
assist them in locating approximately 30-40 juveniles who fled an underage
party at the listed location. Officers patrolled the area, along with other
units from the Sheriff's office, but were unable to locate anyone. Officer
also met with one homeowners who stated that they didn't see anyone either.
Once presence was no longer needed, Officers returned to patrol.

While on patrol, Officer observed a male subject attempting to
enter a white Hyundai parked in the listed locations driveway. Having prior
knowledge that the registered owner of the vehicle had an entered warrant for
Failure to Appear for a Traffic Offense out of Auglaize County. Officer
placed Michael Beasley into custody and transported him to Tri-County Jail,
where he was released into their custody without issue.

Officer was contacted by two female individuals in reference to
a phone call a female juvenile received. Upon further investigation Officers
warned both the individual who called the juvenile and her fiancé not have
any contact with the juvenile or her family and not to have family members
contact her either. Officer advised of the possible consequences of
intimidation of a witness. Both stated they understood and would not bother
the juvenile or her family.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a
suspicious person/vehicle. The anonymous caller advised that a woman was
sitting in the driver's seat and appeared to "be out of it". Upon
arrival to the area the vehicle was gone. Officer later located the vehicle
and initiated a traffic stop. Officer made contact with the driver/registered
owner, who advised that his fiancé had been driving the car but that he had
picked it from her and she had left with a friend in another vehicle. He
advised that she was okay and that he had just spoken to her.
