14-Dec-22	10:14:00 PM	Telecom Harassment	Shepper Ave.	Officer responded on a complaint of possible telecommunication harassment, of unwanted phone calls from a known subject. The officer contacted the subject and he was given a verbal warning for telecommunication harassment.
14-Dec-22	9:00:00 PM	Drugs - Other	South Jefferson Ave.	Officers responded on a report of a suspicious vehicle with two occupants. Upon arrival, officers found a male passed out in the vehicle, with drug paraphernalia sitting beside him. After further investigation, David Barbour, 35, of Plain City, was arrested and charged with Drug Paraphernalia. He was transported to Dublin Methodist by Medic 261. A probable cause search was conducted and an open container of alcohol was located. The passenger of the vehicle, Joshua Andorf, 34, of Columbus, was arrested and cited for Open Container. 14-Dec-22	3:04:00 PM	Theft - Felony	Lantern Ln.	Officer responded on a report of unauthorized use of a credit card. The caller reported, an unknown person made multiple purchases totaling $69.15. The caller stated she is working with the bank but also wanted it documented. An incident report was taken.
