Marijuana

A traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle with expired registration. Upon approach, the officer detected an odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. A probable cause search was conducted and a plastic bag containing raw marijuana was found. Subsequently, a passenger in the vehicle, Mary Sanders, 31, of Plain City, was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. The driver, Robin Price, 47, of Plain City, was issued a citation for Expired Tags.

Officer observed a vehicle behind the business, made contact with the driver, who advised he was fueling up his machines for the upcoming week.
