Officer patrolled the area and determined that the music was excessive. Contact was made with the business owner, who was advised of the violation and was advised to turn the music down. 26-Aug-22	5:52:00 PM	Drunk Driver	SR 161 E	A traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle driving on a closed road. Upon making contact with the driver, the officer could detect an odor of alcohol and observed an open beer can in the center console. After further investigation, Andrew Cook, 37, of Dublin was arrested for OVI. Andrew submitted to a BAC test, which resulted in .248% BAC. Andrew was issued citations for Driving Upon Street Posted or Closed for Repair, OVI, OVI-Super Concentration and Open Container.  He was later released to a family member.
27-Aug-22	9:48:00 PM	Suspicious Vehicle	Buggywhip Ln.	Officer responded on a unknown vehicle parked in front of a residence. Contact was made with the driver, who advised she was in the area visiting a friend and was leaving.
27-Aug-22	8:07:00 PM	Loud Noise/Disturbance	West Main St.	Officer responded on a noise complaint of loud music and determined the music was not excessive.	The Grainery
27-Aug-22	7:48:00 PM	Domestic Dispute	North Ave.	Officers responded on a complaint of a possible domestic dispute. After speaking to the parties, they advised it was a verbal dispute. They agreed to remain calm and separate, if needed.
27-Aug-22	5:48:00 PM	Parking Complaint	Nighthawk Dr.	Officer observed a vehicle parked in a no parking zone. Contact was made with the owner, who moved the vehicle without incident.
27-Aug-22	4:24:00 AM	Open Door	North Chillicothe St.	Officer found a door unsecured after hours. A keyholder was contacted and arrived on scene.	Pioneer Pizza
27-Aug-22	3:25:00 AM	Vandalism	East First Ave.	Officers responded on a complaint of possible vandalism. Officers observed a privacy fence that had been damaged. The area was searched but no one was located. The investigation is ongoing.
27-Aug-22	1:17:00 AM	Drunk Driver	SR 161 E	A traffic stop was initiated on a Yamaha ATV driving on a closed road. Upon making contact with the driver, the officer could detect a strong odor of alcohol coming from the driver. After further investigation, Ryan McDermott, 42, of Plain City, was arrested for OVI. He refused to submit to a breath test. Ryan was issued citations for Driving on Closed Roadways, OVI, Operating the ATV on the roadway and open container. He was later released to a friend. The ATV was towed to the Impound Lot.
28-Aug-22	11:36:00 PM	Traffic Stop	SR 161 E	Officer initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle with expired registration and for driving on a closed road. Subsequently, Brandon Bates, 26, of Dublin, was issued citations for Driving on a Closed Road and Expired Tags. The vehicle was impounded to the Impound Lot. Brandon was given a ride to his residence.
28-Aug-22	11:27:00 PM	Assist Other Agency	SR 161 E	Officer was requested to assist the Madison County Sheriff's Office with an alarm drop. Once the officer was no longer needed, he returned to patrol.	Holmes Lumber
28-Aug-22	8:31:00 PM	Other Dispute	South Jefferson Ave.	Officers responded to a dispute between an employee and a customer. Once both parties were calm, the officers returned to patrol.	McDonald's
28-Aug-22	6:17:00 PM	911 Follow-up	Dickens Ln.	Officer responded on a 911 follow-up, was advised everything was fine and it was accidental.
