Officers responded on a possible domestic dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend. The parties advised it was a verbal dispute. The parties were separated.

Officer responded on a disabled vehicle. The driver advised he ran out of gas and a family member was on the way with gas. Once the vehicle left the area, the officer returned to patrol.

Officer responded on possible counterfeit money that was dispensed from an ATM. An incident report was taken.

Suspicious Circumstances

South Jefferson Ave.

Officer responded on a report of a trunk being open for some time with no one around. The officer secured the trunk. A short time later, contact was made with the vehicle owner, who advised he forgot and left it open and nothing appeared to be missing.

Officer was requested to assist the Union County Sheriff's Office with an alarm drop. Once the officer was no longer needed, he returned to patrol.

Officer found a door unsecured after hours, searched the building and found nothing out of the ordinary. The door was secured and a note was left.
