Officer was flagged down by complainant, who advised that he found a drone in his yard.   Complainant handed Officer the drone, and Officer collected it as found property.  On 04/26/2021, after confirming that subject was the drone owner, Officer released the drone to subject. Officers responded to the listed location in reference to the woman's restroom being vandalized. Officers met with both the parents/children and advised they were trespassed from the park until further notice. Officer made contact with the Park Manager, who advised that she was uncertain if she wanted to pursue with charges at this time, but would notify Officers in the near future.

Complainant called the Police Department, stating that a person just walked out of the store without paying for a drink. The business owner stated a short time later the suspect came back into the store and apologized, and wanted to pay for the alcoholic beverage.  Business owner told the white male to never come back and that he would not take his money. Officer advised he  would follow up to retrieve the video in an attempt to identify and officially trespass the individual.

Officer performed a routine registration check on white Jeep traveling westbound on Perry Pike. The registered owner, Gavin Mulqueen, was under a non-compliance suspension through Dublin's Mayors Court (BMV Case #NC21018595).  Galvin was subsequently issued a citation for No Valid Operators License and Driving Under a Non-Compliance Suspension. The vehicle was later transported to the Plain City Impound Lot, where Officer seized the vehicles plates on behalf of the BMV. Officer then returned to patrol.

A motorist who wished to remain anonymous flagged Officer down and advised the Richwood Bank ATM is broken and might have a bank card inside the card slot. Key holders were contacted via public service.  A short time later, key holder made contact with Officer, who stated the ATM was working correctly and was not having any issues. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer was dispatched to the area of West Main Street and Friend Street in reference to a road rage incident. Officer checked the area and did not locate a possible suspect vehicle. Complainant thanked Officer for checking for the vehicle. Officer later returned to patrol.

Officer was met on station by subject who advised that he had found a cellular phone laying in the roadway on Lafayette-Plain City Road.  Due to the damage, the screen was not readable.  A Facebook post will be made on 04/28/2021 regarding the found phone.

Officer was flagged down by a subject who stated a large amount of concrete spilled in the roadway near the downtown area.  Officer contacted the Public Works Department, who arrived a short time later and cleaned up the mess.  After assistance was no longer needed, Officer returned to patrol.  After reviewing video surveillance in the area, Officer learned that the cement truck involved belonged to Ohio Ready Mix.  Citation pending.

On the stated date and time, while on a traffic stop in front of the listed location, an anonymous subject handed Officer a Visa credit card that subject found while walking on the sidewalk.  Card owner was contacted and advised that she already contacted the credit card company and canceled the card.  Card owner requested that Officer destroy it.  The card was later taken to the police department and destroyed.
