Officer initiated a traffic stop and made contact with the vehicle driver, Tabitha Smith, and her front-seat passenger, Adam Kaetzel.  Adam was issued a criminal summons for Drug Abuse Instruments. Tabitha was issued a traffic citation for No Valid OL/Court Suspension/ FRA Suspension/No Taillights.  The vehicle was towed to the Plain City Police Department Impound lot.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a hit-skip accident.  While speaking with complainant, San Sophal approached and advised that she was the one who backed into complainant’s vehicle.  San stated she attempted to make contact but was unsuccessful.  San was subsequently issued a citation for Starting and Backing (PC ORD 331.13A).

Officer was on a traffic stop on SR 161 east of the Village limits when Officer was flagged down by a passerby. The passerby advised that a head-on injury crash had occurred near Holmes Lumber.  Once OSHP Post 49 personnel arrived on scene and took control, Officer returned to patrol.
