29-Apr-21	8:15:00 AM	CIT Incident	Maple St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to suicide threats. Subject agreed to a voluntary transport to hospital by his grandmother. Officer then returned to patrol. NOTE: A CIT report was filed for this incident.		Approved
