Complainant requested Officer contact his ex-girlfriend and advise her that he would be dropping off the property the following day and for her not to contact him further. Officer suggested complainant contact the Police Department for a civil standby during the property exchange. Complainant thanked Officer for his time and Officer returned to patrol.

On the stated date and time, the police received an anonymous complaint that a male subject is consuming/purchasing illegal narcotics at his residence. The complainant also advised that they had seen male subject and his girlfriend in physical altercations. Upon arrival, Officer met with male subject and advised him of the complaint. Officer advised male subject that the police department would not tolerate any illegal activity and he advised that he understood. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer observed several lights on inside the south garage of the listed location which was under a house watch. Officer then made contact with the homeowner. Homeowner thanked Officer for his time and Officer returned to patrol.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference a telecom harassment complaint. Complainant was referred to the Attorney General's Office (Report-A-Scam). Officer then attempted to make contact with the caller. The line was busy and did not go through.  Officer tried again approximately 3 hours later and still could not get through to speak with anyone. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a driving/loud noise complaint. The caller who wished to remain anonymous advised there was an ATV and a dirt bike riding in the field just south Alcott Dr near US 42 S. Officer made contact with 3 male subjects.  Officer advised the above parties not to operate on any land without permission. Officer also advised them not to operate ATVs/dirt bikes on public roadways. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer was requested by Madison County DOJFS to complete a well-being check at the listed location. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with a female subject who advised all was well.  Officer forwarded the information to Madison County DOJFS and returned to patrol.

Darby Fields Blvd
Officer was on patrol on Darby Fields Blvd (unfinished housing development) when I observed a green Nissan Frontier traveling eastbound on Darby Fields Blvd. Having prior knowledge of several no trespass signs on the property Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle on Plain City-Georgesville Rd to make sure the vehicle/driver had a legitimate reason to be on the property. Officer made contact with the vehicle driver, Cresencio Lemus. After further investigation it was found Cresencio did not have a valid operator’s license and had several open suspensions. Cresensio was issued a traffic citation for No Valid OL (ORC 4510.12) and driving on a Judgment Suspension (ORC 4510.16B). Cresensio was advised to have a valid driver pick he and the vehicle up. Officer then returned to patrol.
