Upon arrival Officer made contact with both parties.  Male subject agreed to leave with female subject’s cousin and stay at his residence for the night. Once cousin arrived and transported male subject to his residence Officer returned to patrol.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to an intoxicated female causing a disturbance. After speaking with female subject, she agreed to not leave the residence and everyone agreed to go to bed. After determining everything to be fine, Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer was dispatched to the area on US 42 S, near 900 Village Blvd in reference to a vehicle crash. Upon arrival, Officer stood by until the Highway Patrol arrived on scene. After assistance was no longer needed, Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a suspicious vehicle.  Officer made contact with vehicle owner. At vehicle owner’s request Officer shut off the vehicle, secured it and returned to patrol.

Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference a domestic dispute. Both subjects were advised to lower their voices and remain civil the rest of the evening. Both subjects were warned for Disorderly Conduct, before Officers returned to patrol.

Officer conducted a routine registration check on a gold Lexus SUV.  Kent Stephens was subsequently cited for Fictitious Tags (ORC 4549.08A3). His vehicle was impounded, and towed to the Plain City Police Department Impound lot. Mr. Stephens was released from the scene to a family member.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference a mailed survey.  Upon review, it was a random census survey administered by American Community Survey. Subject was advised of the procedure and reason for the survey. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer conducted a routine registration check on a white Acura SUV.  Sara Bond was subsequently cited for Expired Tags (Plain City ORD 335.10D), No Valid OL (ORC 4510.12A) and Driving under Suspension (ORC 4510.16A). Her vehicle was towed to the Plain City Police Department Impound Lot. Also license plates were seized sent in to the BMV, per BMV request.

Officer was dispatched to South Chillicothe street near the Plain City Elementary School for a driving complaint. Roseann Schoenbachler was issued a citation for OVI (4511.19A1a). Officer then transported her to her residence.  See corresponding numbers for further information.

Officer was on patrol when Officer observed the parking lights on a Red Toyota Tundra were on in the driveway of the listed location. Officer then made contact with vehicle owner.  Upon determining everything to be okay, Officer returned to patrol.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a complaint about a female who was possibly intoxicated sleeping in her vehicle.  Officer advised the caller, subject was fine to sit in the car as long as she did not attempt to leave. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a dispute. Upon arrival, with Union County Sheriff's Deputy as back up, Officer found 2 subjects outside their residence.  Female subject requested to sit in the car with the dogs until male subject passes out. Officer advised her this would be okay as long as she did not attempt to drive away. Officer observed male subject come back out and attempted to speak with him. However, he went back inside and shut the door. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer observed a black Mercury traveling on West Main Street near Guy Street with no tail lights. Officer then made contact with the driver Craig Taylor. Upon further investigation Craig was placed into custody for OVI.  He was issued a citation for OVI, No Tail Lights and Marked Lanes. He was then released to his mother at his residence.
