Officer was requested by the Union County Sherriff’s Office to assist with a domestic dispute at the listed location. Upon arrival Officer spoke with UCSO Deputy who advised he no longer needed assistance. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officers responded to the area of West Bigelow Ave and Smith Place in reference to a possible underage party. Upon Officer’s arrival Officers checked the area on foot but were unable to locate any party.  After determining everything checked okay Officer returned to patrol.

Well-being Check
Fairfield Dr.
Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference a well-being check. Upon arrival, Officer could see a pool of blood located on the sidewalk and a blood trail to the listed location.  Officer then made contact with subject and advised Pleasant Valley Fire Department (Station #261) to start reference subject needing medical attention. Subject was then transported to Riverside Hospital for her injuries. Officer then returned to patrol.

Animal Complaint - Other
South Jefferson Ave.
Officer was dispatched to the Police Department to meet with complainant in reference to a dog he found running on South Jefferson Avenue near the Der Dutchman Restaurant.  Officer met with complainant and took possession of a small black Labrador with two blue collars. The dog’s collar did not have any tags. Officer then contacted Madison County Dog Warden and advised him about the dog who picked up the dog a short time later.  Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer was notified by Nationwide Children's Hospital of an overdose incident that occurred at this location on 02/11/2018 at approximately 2115 hours. Subject was treated for this and released 02/12/2018. An investigation is pending contact with the Madison County Prosecutor's Office.

Officer was dispatched to W. First Ave. references a driving complaint follow up for Madison Co. Sheriff's Office. Information was passed along to Madison Co. Sheriff's Office. Officer then returned to patrol.

911 Follow-up
South Jefferson Ave.
Officer was dispatched to the area of US 42 and West Ave reference a 911 follow up. Officer checked the area and was unable to find anything out of the ordinary. Later on, Officer made contact with subject who stated her two juveniles were playing with her phone and must've accidently called prior to her phone dying. She apologized and she stated that she expressed the seriousness of calling 911 to her children.

Officer was requested by The Ohio State Patrol to assist their unit on the scene of a non-injury crash on Converse-Huff Road at US Rt. 42S. Once assistance was no longer needed Officer returned to patrol.

UCSO and Officer were dispatched to the listed location in reference a warrant. Officer made contact with Korben Westberry that had 2 entered warrants out of Plain City Police Department.  Korben was placed in custody and transported to Tri-County Regional Jail without incident. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer was met at the police department by subject who requested Officer follow her to the listed location for a civil standby while she gathered her belongings.  Officer then stood by while subject gathered her belongings. Once subject departed the residence, Officer returned to patrol.

Officer met with subject at the Police department in reference to a domestic violence incident that occurred at the listed location. Officer notified UCSO.  After Officer’s assistance was no longer needed, Officer returned to patrol.

Shepper Ave.
Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival Officer made contact with a female subject. She stated that her live in boyfriend, Korben Westberry, was inside the apartment. Upon further investigation Korben was arrested for Domestic Violence. While being transported to Tri- County Regional Jail Korben began to make suicidal threats and hit his head against the door. Korben was then transported to UCMH.  A warrant was issued for Korben for Domestic Violence and Underage Consumption, additional felony charges pending. He will be placed into custody once released from UCMH’s supervision.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference a suspicious vehicle. Officer checked the area for a dark colored car and was unable to locate the vehicle. The caller did not want to be contacted. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference questioning in regards to eviction. Officer made contact with female subject.  She was advised if male subject becomes aggressive or has suicidal thoughts or actions to immediately contact PCPD. She was also advised that Officer(s) can be present when an eviction notice was presented. Once assistance was no longer needed, Officer returned to patrol.

Jackson Blvd.
Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a vandalism complaint. The caller advised that the deer crossing sign on the eastbound side of East Main St appeared to have black tape attached to the sign making the deer figure appear to be male. Officer removed as much tape as possible but the sign had damage that accentuated the male deer appearance. The street department was notified of the sign damage and Officer returned to patrol.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location to assist UCSO on a traffic stop. Upon arrival, UCSO Deputy requested  Officer search subject while he and the DPD Unit searched the vehicle. After concluding the search, and the arrival of 2 other UCSO Deputies, Officer returned to patrol.
