03-Nov-23	1:36:00 AM	Open Door	South Jefferson Ave.	Officers found a door open, searched the building and found nothing out of the ordinary. A note was left and the door was secured.	McDonald's
04-Nov-23	8:59:00 PM	Drunk Driver	West Bigelow Ave.	Officers responded on a report of an intoxicated male. Upon arrival, the male would not cooperate with officers. After further investigation, it was learned the male assaulted another male, hit a parked vehicle and left the scene. Subsequently, Craig Williams, 45, of Plymouth, NH, was arrested and charged with OVI, Leaving the Scene of a Private Property Accident, Disorderly Conduct and Obstructing Official Business. He was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail. The vehicle was towed to the PCPD Impound Lot.
04-Nov-23	3:01:00 PM	Non-Injury Crash	West Main St.	Officer responded on a report of a non-injury crash on West Main Street between two vehicles. Subsequently, Kathleen Gaynor, 69, of Plain City, was cited for Starting and Backing.
04-Nov-23	10:00:00 AM	Domestic Violence - Misdemeanor	Maple St.	Officers responded to a possible domestic violence incident. After further investigation, Kevin Kindrick, 46, of Plain City, was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence. He was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.
