25-Oct-23	2:27:00 PM	Parking Complaint	Willowbend Cir.	Officer responded on a complaint of a parked vehicle in the same spot for the past several months. Attempts to the owner were made but were unsuccessful. Kirby's towed the vehicle to their impound lot.
25-Oct-23	11:09:00 AM	Marijuana	Madison Way	Officers attempted a traffic stop on a suspect vehicle from another incident. After a short pursuit, the vehicle stopped and contact was made with the driver. After further investigation, Andrew Gonzalez, 22, of Plain City, was arrested for two confirmed warrants out of Madison County. During a search of the vehicle, marijuana and an open container were found. Subsequently, he was charged with Failure to Comply, Possession of Marijuana and Open container and received citations for Driving under a Non-Compliance Suspension, Driving under a License Forfeiture Suspension and No Operator's License. He was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail. The vehicle was towed to the PCPD Impound Lot.
