Tytus Miller was arrested for Theft, Criminal Mischief, Criminal Trespass, and Drug Paraphernalia. Cori Price gave a false identity and was arrested for Falsification. Both were transported to Tri-County regional jail.  See case for further.

Complainant called, stating that she believed her patio cushions were stolen yesterday. After Officer advised complainant about the severe thunderstorm that displaced people's property, complainant believed that that was the case and not that her property was stolen. Officer advised complainant that Officer would look around her property and during Officer's patrol.

Officer was met at the police department by complainant, who advised she may have struck a parked car's mirror parked in front of the listed location.  Officer located the other vehicle, which had minor damage to the driver's side mirror.  Officer made contact with vehicle owner, who advised the mirror was previously damaged and only observed some new cracks in the mirror.  Vehicle owner did not want a report for the damage.

Other Dispute

West Bigelow Ave.

While on patrol, Officer observed subject standing in front of the listed location, yelling and knocking on the door. Officer made contact with subject who stated that he worked at the listed location and had been locked out due to a verbal altercation with another employee. Officer explained to subject the possible consequences if his actions continued. Subject apologized and stated that he was going to walk home to calm down. After observing no signs of impairment, Officer allowed subject to walk home. Officer then returned to patrol.

Suspicious Circumstances

Coachman Dr.

Officer responded to the listed location in reference to suspicious circumstances. Complainant stated that when he returned home a few minutes earlier, he observed that a screen window near his front door appeared to have been damaged.  Complainant did not see anything else disturbed, and the residence was secure. Officer advised complainant to call the police department if he notices anything else out of place.  Complainant thanked Officer for his time, and Officer returned to patrol.

Complainant called the police because while he was on the phone with his mother, he could hear what sounded like a verbal disturbance at the listed location.  It was discovered Terrie Hawkins had confirmed warrants through Clark County.  Terrie was placed into custody and transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.
