14-May-21	4:02:00 PM	Traffic Stop	US Rt. 42 N	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a white Chevrolet Van.  The vehicle registration returned to Justin Foust, a suspended driver.  Justin was later issued a traffic citation for No Valid OL and ALS/OVI Suspension. the vehicle was towed to the PCPD impound lot.  Justin stood-by on scene (parking lot of Richwood Bank) and advised he was going to be picked up by a valid driver. 14-May-21	5:29:00 PM	Driving Complaint	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer was dispatched to South Chillicothe Street near the Plain City Elementary School in reference to a road rage incident.  Complainant advised that she was concerned the driver would get her address from her license plate, which Officer assured complainant the driver couldn't.  Complainant also stated that Officer did not need to try and conduct an investigation because the driver was no longer following her.  Officer advised complainant that Officer would document the incident. The debit card was from Richwood bank.  Officer went to Richwood Bank where a teller there told Officer that the card owner just came in to cancel the card. The teller took the card and shredded it.
