13-May-21	8:02:00 PM	Dog Bite	Gay St.	Officer responded to Gay St in reference to a dog bite. Victim’s parent advised that he did not want any charges pressed in reference to the bite.  An animal bite form was completed and sent to the Madison County Health Department.  Dog owner was advised to quarantine the dog and given a copy of the quarantine paperwork. 13-May-21	9:04:00 AM	Unruly	Maple St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a juvenile who did not want to go to school today. Officer advised juvenile of the consequences if his actions continued, and juvenile agreed to listen and go to school. Officer then stood by until juvenile got into the car to head to school. Upon determining everything to be okay, Officer returned to patrol.		Pending
13-May-21	7:18:00 AM	Warrant - Felony	West Main St.	Chief of Police advised Officer that he had observed Kenneth Mounts (confirmed felony warrant Union County Common Pleas) walking on West Main Street westbound. Kenneth was taken into custody without incident. Union County Sheriff's Deputy later arrived on scene and took custody of Kenneth.  Officer then returned to patrol.		Approved
