Officer initiated a traffic stop and made contact with the vehicle operator, Jerald Acheson and advised him the reason for the stop. Jerald was issued a traffic citation for speed and a criminal summons for possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia. See case for further.

Officer observed Kyle Stanley sitting in his vehicle that was parked next to the listed location. Having prior knowledge that Kyle had an entered warrant for his arrest out of the Madison County Municipal Court for FTA on a Disposition Hearing (confirmed), he was placed into custody without incident and Officer transported him to the Tri-County Regional Jail.

Officers responded to the listed location to serve a misdemeanor warrant. Upon arrival, Officers placed Leslie Beachy into custody for a confirmed warrant for failure to appear on a bond hearing. Leslie was transported to station 261 where Officer took custody and transported her to the Tri-County Jail and book her in on the above warrant.

Officer responded to the listed location in reference to stolen license plates. After further investigation it was found the registration fell off of subject’s vehicle during her hit skip earlier in the day. Officer explained the findings to the complainant.  Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer responded to the listed location in reference to suspicious circumstances. The anonymous caller advised the mailboxes at the activity center were removed from the wall. Officer placed the mailboxes back onto the slot in the wall where they belonged. Officer advised dispatch to notify a key holder that Officer placed the mailboxes back and to notify them of the issue.

Officer was met by subject in reference to an unruly juvenile.  Officer then spoke with subject’s child who apologized for her actions and stated that it wouldn't happen again. Subject was also given some other options to assist her in the future. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer met with PC Parks and Rec, in reference to a trespassing complaint. Subjects were gone, prior to Officer’s arrival.  Officer will follow-up tomorrow.  On 07-20-2018 Officer made contact with a camper at pastime who advised subject came in around 1am and left around 6pm the following day.

Officer was flagged down by a passerby who advised that she had found a check book belonging to subject. Officer met with subject at the police department where Officer returned the check book to him.
