Officer then relayed the information and returned to patrol.

7/16/2018	9:24 AM	Parking Complaint	East Main St.	Officer was dispatched to a parking complaint at the listed address. After vehicle was moved, Officer returned to patrol.

Daniel Elick was placed into custody for OVI.  Daniel was issued a citation for OVI, OVI Super Concentration and Open Container. Daniel was then released into a friend’s custody. 7/17/2018	9:21 PM	Theft - Misdemeanor	West Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a theft complaint. Officer advised them that PCPD would keep an eye out for any suspicious activity and to contact PCPD if they notice anything out of the ordinary.

7/17/2018	4:20 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	East First Ave.	Officers were dispatched to the listed location.  Upon not finding subject, Officers returned to patrol.
7/18/2018	8:06 PM	Trespasser	South Chillicothe St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a trespassing complaint. Officer advised subjects they must have permission from the land owner(s) before riding in the field for liability issues. Subject was advised to take the four-wheeler home for the night. 7/18/2018	8:45 PM	Drug Paraphernalia	North Chillicothe St.	Officer initiated a traffic stop and made contact with the vehicle operator, Jerald Acheson and advised him the reason for the stop. Jerald was issued a traffic citation for speed and a criminal summons for possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia. See case for further.
7/18/2018	10:46 PM	Attempted Suicide	North Ave.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a suicide attempt. Once subject was transported, Officer returned to patrol. A CIT report will be completed for this incident and a copy forwarded to the Union County Department of Jobs and Family Services.
7/18/2018	6:37 AM	Non-Injury Hitskip	South Chillicothe St.	Officer was dispatched on a hit-skip crash that occurred at the intersection of South Chillicothe Street and East Main Street. See corresponding numbers for further information.
7/18/2018	2:00 PM	Child Abuse	Carriage Dr.	Officer received a referral from MCDOJFS in reference to an alleged child abuse that occurred at the listed location within the past three weeks. Possible case pending. See attached referral from MCDOJFS.
7/18/2018	10:57 PM	Driving Complaint	Park St.	Officer responded to the area of Chillicothe and Main Street in reference to a driving complaint. Officer advised subject of the consequences of such actions and the proper steps to take if it occurs in the future. Officer then returned to patrol.
7/18/2018	7:12 PM	Civil Dispute/Standby	West Bigelow Ave.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a possible civil standby. Upon arrival caller advised subject had drove by the residence but not did not stop.
7/19/2018	8:18 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	West Main St.	Officer observed Kyle Stanley sitting in his vehicle that was parked next to the listed location. Having prior knowledge that Kyle had an entered warrant for his arrest out of the Madison County Municipal Court for FTA on a Disposition Hearing (confirmed), he was placed into custody without incident and Officer transported him to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
7/19/2018	8:34 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	West Ave.	Officers responded to the listed location to serve a misdemeanor warrant. Upon arrival, Officers placed Leslie Beachy into custody for a confirmed warrant for failure to appear on a bond hearing. Leslie was transported to station 261 where Officer took custody and transported her to the Tri-County Jail and book her in on the above warrant.
7/19/2018	7:47 PM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 33	Officer was requested by UCSO to respond to US 33 eastbound near 161 in reference for a narcotic sniff. Once Officer’s assistance was no longer needed, Officer then returned to patrol.
7/19/2018	7:28 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	Smucker Ln.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to stolen license plates. After further investigation it was found the registration fell off of subject’s vehicle during her hit skip earlier in the day. Officer explained the findings to the complainant.  Officer then returned to patrol.
7/19/2018	7:20 PM	Suspicious Circumstances	Allgyer Dr.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to suspicious circumstances. The anonymous caller advised the mailboxes at the activity center were removed from the wall. Officer placed the mailboxes back onto the slot in the wall where they belonged. Officer advised dispatch to notify a key holder that Officer placed the mailboxes back and to notify them of the issue.	Bickham Activity Center
7/19/2018	6:12 PM	Unruly	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer was met by subject in reference to an unruly juvenile.  Officer then spoke with subject’s child who apologized for her actions and stated that it wouldn't happen again. Subject was also given some other options to assist her in the future. Officer then returned to patrol.	McDonald's
7/19/2018	5:02 PM	Message Delivery	Smucker Ln.	West Jefferson Police Department requested Officer make contact with subject in reference to a hit skip that occurred earlier in the day where her vehicle registration was located at the scene. Officer advised subject to contact the West Jefferson Police Department. Officer then returned to patrol.
7/19/2018	2:40 PM	Marijuana	North Ave.	Officers responded to the listed location in reference to someone smoking marijuana near the parking lot dumpsters. The subjects were gone upon arrival and Officer did not detect any odor of burnt marijuana. Officer advised complainant to notify the Police Department if it occurs again. 7/19/2018	10:54 PM	Loud Noise/Disturbance	North Chillicothe St.	Officers responded to the area of North Chillicothe Street in reference to the sound of gunshots. Upon arrival, Officers checked the area but were unable to locate anything out of the ordinary. Officers then returned to patrol.	Pastime Park
7/20/2018	3:25 AM	Suspicious Circumstances	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer was on patrol when Officer found the gate to the listed location to be unlocked. Once Officer determined everything was okay, Officer returned to patrol.	Cohesion Paper/Buckeye Forklift
7/20/2018	9:31 AM	Trespasser	North Chillicothe St.	Officer met with PC Parks and Rec, in reference to a trespassing complaint. Subjects were gone, prior to Officer’s arrival.  Officer will follow-up tomorrow.  On 07-20-2018 Officer made contact with a camper at pastime who advised subject came in around 1am and left around 6pm the following day. 7/20/2018	4:44 PM	Unruly	North Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to an unruly juvenile. Upon arrival Officer met subject and explain the consequences of his actions.  Subject advised he understood and would be good. Officer then returned to patrol.
7/20/2018	7:44 PM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 33	Officer was requested by UCSO to assist with a narcotic sniff of a vehicle involved in a traffic stop on the US 33 eastbound off ramp to US 42. After assistance was no longer needed Officer returned to patrol.
7/21/2018	4:30 AM	Suspicious Circumstances	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer was given a direct complaint from complainant that there was a car alarm at the lot of the listed location. Once assistance was no longer needed, Officer then returned to patrol.	C&C Equipment
7/21/2018	6:10 PM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 33	Officer was requested by the State Highway Patrol (Post 80) to respond to US 33 near Mile Post 9 for a narcotic sniff of a vehicle involved in a traffic stop. After assistance was no longer needed Officer returned to patrol.
7/21/2018	7:25 PM	Traffic Stop	West Bigelow Ave.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a tan Chevrolet Silverado that was traveling westbound on West Bigelow Avenue near Union Enterprises.  Benjamin Lewis was issued a citation for OVI Suspension (4510.14) and No OL (4510.12A) and released to his wife.  His vehicle was towed to the Plain City Police Department Impound Lot.  See corresponding numbers for further information.

7/21/2018	8:50 PM	Recovered/Found Property	West Main St.	Officer was flagged down by a passerby who advised that she had found a check book belonging to subject. Officer met with subject at the police department where Officer returned the check book to him.
