littering complaint. The caller stated that his neighbor, was in the process
of moving out. Over the past several nights the neighbor has been throwing
empty pop cans and bottles into the caller's yard. The caller advised that he
wanted the Police Department to be aware of the issue but did not want to
contact the neighbor.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to
suspicious circumstances. Upon arrival Officer met with the caller. He stated
that sometime an unknown person turned the gas and gas burners on his grill
on causing the bottle to empty. He did not know who did this or when but
wanted to report it to the Police Department.

Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a
domestic dispute. Upon arrival Officers made contact with the caller. He
stated that his wife had locked him out of the residence and would not allow
him inside. Officer then made contact with the wife and advised that she
could not keep her husband from entering the residence. Both parties agreed
to remain separate.

that she found a yellow lab on the balcony just in front of her residence. A
short time later Officer contacted the pet owner via public service and

an non-injury crash. After investigation, the juvenile driver was cited for

Officer was flagged down and advised of a strange substance in
the creek behind her residence. She advised that the water appeared dark blue
and there were bubbles on the water. Officer checked the water and observed a
dark blue tint and intermittent bubbles on the surface. Officer contacted
Station 261 with the findings. They sent a crew out to check the area as
well. Officer stayed until assistance was no longer needed.

Officer received a call in reference to an occupied suspicious
vehicle that was parked in front of the listed location. Upon arrival,
Officer observed a red Honda parked in front of the listed location. Officer
made contact with the occupants and immediately smelled a very strong odor
emitting from the vehicle. Seth Phillips was subsequently issued a summons
for Possession of Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia. Jerren Burns was issued a
summons for Possession of Drugs. All parties were released from the scene.

Officer received a call and advised that he has received 3
telephone calls in the last two days from unknown persons. During the call
the person repeatedly asked, "Can you hear me now?" He advised that
he knew this was a scam and hung up each time. He advised that he wanted the
Police Department to be aware of the calls.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a
well being check. Upon arrival Officer met with the residents. The resident
advised that his daughter had moved in with him, with her children. Officer
spoke with the daughter and her children and verified that they were there
and appeared to be healthy and cared for. Officer then contacted the caller
and advised her of the findings.

Officer was dispatched to the police department in reference to
a possible menacing complaint. Upon arrival, Officer met with the
complainant. They spoke about divorce proceedings because they haven't been
able to agree on some things. She advised him that he needed to agree or he "would
be sorry". He did not feel threatened by it but requested the incident
be documented. Officer advised him that he should consult his attorney on
this issue.

Officers were dispatched to a driving complaint of a red Dodge
Durango that was driving recklessly. Officers made contact with the Durango
owner and he stated that a black truck was tailgating him and that he
intentionally was stepping on his brake to stop the tailgating. Officer then
made contact with the caller who stated that the Durango was driving
erratically and because of that he was following. Both parties were advised
to not drive aggressively.

Officers were dispatched to a neighbor dispute at the listed
location. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with the caller who stated that she was
sitting in her car waiting when the neighbor came out of her apartment and
began to yell insults at her and that she yelled insults back. Both parties
were advised to stay away from each other and not make violence threats.

Officer conducted a routine registration check on a grey Jeep
Grand Cherokee. Officer learned that the registered owner was under
suspension. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle in the parking
lot the listed location. Jeffrey Farris, was subsequently issued a traffic
citation for No Valid Operator’s License, Operating Vehicle while Intoxicated
Suspension, Non Compliance Suspension and placed into custody for a felony
warrant for Contempt of Court out of Franklin County. Jeffrey Farris was released
to Franklin County Deputies. Jeffrey Farris was charged criminally with Drug
Paraphernalia.

and observed a stray German Sheppard dog that had been reported missing
earlier in the evening. The dog's owner arrived in the area to assist. The

Officer initiated a traffic stop on a white Dodge Ram. The
vehicles registration was obstructed by brush/sticks hanging off the rear end
of the vehicle, they were also dragging on the ground behind it. Officer made
contact with the vehicle owner/operator who was given a verbal warning for
obstructed registration.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a
non-injury crash. Officer made contact with the juvenile driver that was
operating a brown Chevy Impala and a second driver operating a grey Nissan
SUV. All parties declined medical attention. The juvenile driver was
subsequently cited for Assured Clear Distance Ahead and marked as a Juvenile
Offender. Officer also made contact with juvenile's father and advised him of
the citation and court processes.

Officers made contact with Mateo Clark at the listed location in
reference to a felony warrant. Mateo Clark had warrants for Aggravated
Vehicular Assault and Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated out of the
Delaware County Common Pleas Court. Officers placed him into custody without
incident and later released him into the custody of the Delaware County
Sheriff's Office.

found a garbage bag full of clothing in the middle of the road. Officer

While on patrol Officers were flagged down by an anonymous
complainant that stated she had been following a truck that had driven off
the roadway approximately five times. With the assistance from the
complainant, Officers located the truck at the listed location. Officers made
contact with the driver. The driver was not impaired and was released from
the scene.

driving complaint. Dispatch advised a white four door sedan was stopped in
the roadway, causing other vehicle to drive around in. Upon arrival Officer
located the vehicle, a white 2010 Ford at the listed location. Officer then
made contact with the driver who was working at the listed location. She was
not impaired and was given a warning.

Officers were flagged down and advised of a fight inside the
listed location, that appeared to be over. She requested a walk through to
ensure that everything was okay. Upon arrival, with backup, Officers met with
the owner. He advised that there was an altercation, but it was resolved.
Officers stood by until the subject's wife arrived and transported him home.
