Officers received a call from a resident in reference to found medication. Upon arrival Officer met with the caller and was able to determine the pills to be laxatives. They were placed into the medication disposal bin on station.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a noise complaint. The caller advised that the owner of a maroon Hyundia has a very loud exhaust. The caller requested that the Police Department speak with the owner to address the issue.  Officer made contact with the owner of the vehicle, and advised him of the complaint and also advised him that muffler was required to be on the vehicle. Officer advised him of the possible consequences if he did not fix the issue.

Officer was on patrol and observed a black Ford Fusion parked behind the listed location. Officer approached the vehicle and observed the driver sleeping in the driver’s seat. He advised he was taking a nap prior to his next delivery. Officer deemed everything fine.

Officer received a call at the police department in reference to a juvenile complaint. A passerby stated that there were three juveniles walking alone in the cornfield. Upon arrival, Officer located two adults and three children on the edge of the cornfield/pastime park. Officer learned that the children were playing in front of the residence and they decided to take a walk in the cornfield without permission. The adults advised that everything was fine now and thanked the Officer for checking on them.

Officers were flagged down a passerby in reference to subjects at the listed location who were requesting assistance with gas money. Upon arrival, Officers met with the subjects. They stated that they did not have any money for gas and were stranded and did not know how to get back to Circleville. Officers gave them directions and they were able to get gas money from patrons at a local business.

Officer was requested to the listed location by the Madison County Sheriff's Office in reference to a possible domestic violence incident. Upon arrival, Officer stood by until assistance was no longer needed.

Officer was requested by the Union County Sheriff's Office to attempt to locate a vehicle that had just left the scene of a burglary at the listed address. Two males had kicked in the back door of the residence and were confronted by the elderly home owner. Officer was unable to locate any vehicle with the given description and stood by until assistance was not longer needed.

Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 follow-up. Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller. She stated she had just gotten her iWatch and it dialed 911 accidently. Officers determined everything to be okay.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a possible trespasser. The caller advised that someone was using a metal detector in the area of this residence and did not believe that they had permission. Upon arrival Officer made contact with the individual. She was metal detecting in the field west of the residence and confirmed that she had permission.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a civil standby. The caller stated that her daughter had a set of keys that belonged to the mother. Officer made contact with the daughter. After a few minutes the daughter returned with the keys. Officer gave the keys to the mother and then returned to patrol.

Officer responded to the listed location on the report of two suspicious people in the parking lot and that their behavior was also suspicious. Upon arrival, Officer could not locate anyone in the parking lot nor loitering in the area. Officer made contact with the staff and learned that one of the subjects was a patient with an appointment. Officer determined everything to be fine.

Officer initiated a traffic stop for a brake light violation on a white Ford F350. Officer made contact with the vehicle operator, Jesse Lemaster and his passengers. After investigation, Jesse Lemaster was issued a traffic citation for driving with No Valid Operator’s License, Non Compliance Suspension and Stop Light. Jesse Lemaster was charged criminally with Illegal Use or Possession of Marijuana Drug Paraphernalia and Possession Of Drugs.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a loud music complaint. The complainant, advised dispatch that a neighbor was playing his music too loud. Upon arrival, Officer could hear the music while approaching the location. Officer spoke with the neighbor about the complaint. The neighbor immediately turned the music off. Officer determined everything to be fine.

Officer conducted a routine registration check on a tan GMC Sierra. Officer made contact with the driver/owner Mark Miller, who was subsequently issued a citation for a Court Suspension and No Valid Operator’s License.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 follow-up. Dispatch advised they received a 911 call from the landline at the listed location, and no one answered upon calling back. Upon arrival Officer met with the homeowner who advised she accidently dialed 911 while trying to make a conference call for her work. Officer determined everything to be fine.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to downed wires. Officer met with the homeowner. She stated she saw the lines down on her vehicle. Station 261 arrived and determined the lines to be Time Warner phone and cable lines. They adjusted the lines.

Officer was on routine foot patrol, and heard a male voice yelling curse words. Officer proceeded in the area and observed Tyler Smallwood standing in the roadway. Officer asked the subject to calm down multiple times. Tyler Smallwood was placed under arrest for Persistent Disorderly Conduct.
