5/7/2013	8:29 AM	Alarm Drop	West Main St.	On this date and time,  an officer responded to the listed location on an alarm drop. Upon arrival,  contact was made with employees and everything was determined to be fine.
5/7/2013	10:59 AM	Trespasser	South Jefferson Ave.	On this date and time, an officer met with a business owner at the listed location. It was reported that unwanted persons were trespassing on property. Contact was made with the suspect and they were advised not to return to property.
5/7/2013	2:32 PM	Search Warrant/Arrest	Gay St.	On the stated date and time Officers from the Plain City PD and Ohio BCI executed a search warrant of the premises at the listed location. Andrew R. Barrett, 25 yoa of Plain City was subsequently arrested and charged with unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. He was transported to Tri-County Jail.
5/7/2013	3:25 PM	Suspicious Person	South Jefferson Ave.	On the above date and time, an officer spoke via public service with a person who reported that while she was at McDonald's on this date, she was approached by a male subject who in turn left an inappropriate letter attached to her vehicle.
5/7/2013	6:05 PM	Fire Support	North Ave.	On the above date and time, an officer responded to the area of the listed location with the Pleasant Valley Fire Department in reference to a pole that was possibly hit by lighting and on fire. Upon arrival, it was unfounded.

Upon arrival, the officer remained at the scene until the suspect was placed into custody.

Upon arrival to the area, the officer located the solicitor and gave them a warning and instructed them to obtain a permit.

5/14/2013	10:21 PM	Driving Complaint	Harrington Dr.	On the listed date and time, an officer responded to the area of Harrington Drive and Wellsley Way in reference to two motorcycles driving at a high rate of speed. Upon arrival the officer checked the area and was unable to locate any motorcycles. The officer met with the complainant and advised them of their findings.

Upon arrival it was determined the canine belonged to a residence on West Ave. Contact was made with the resident and a warning for animals at large was given.
5/15/2013	8:33 PM	Domestic Dispute	North Ave.	On the listed date and time officers responded to the listed location in reference to a possible domestic dispute.  The anonymous caller advised that the residents were being loud and possibly fighting and using drugs. Officers made contact with the parties. The parties advised there was no fighting or arguing. There were no signs of drug abuse detected.
5/16/2013	12:28 AM	Juvenile	Friend St.	On the stated date and time an officer was met at the police dept. regarding a possible missing juvenile. The juvenile was found shortly thereafter at home.
5/16/2013	11:33 AM	Driving Complaint	Converse Ave.	On the above date and time, an officer met with the residents at the listed location in regards to a driving complaint of a juvenile driver. The parents were advised of the situation.

5/17/2013	4:51 PM	Recovered/Found Property	North Chillicothe St.	On the listed date and time an officer responded to the park in reference to lost property. The officer located the property and the owner arrived to the PD to retrieve the property.

5/18/2013	12:47 AM	DOC	North Ave.	On the listed date  officers responded to the listed location in reference to a male subject who broke the complainant’s door and was intoxicated causing problems. Upon arrival the suspect James C. Kennard III, 22yoa of Plain City was arrested and charged with Persistent DOC and transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.
5/18/2013	10:35 AM	Recovered/Found Property	West Main St.	On the listed date and time a set of keys were turned in to the police department and returned a short time later to the owner.
5/18/2013	10:46 AM	Injury Crash	North Chillicothe St.	On the listed date and time an officer responded to the North Chillicothe Street at the entrance to the Park in reference to an injury crash. Vicky J. Petrie, 50yoa of Plain City was issued a citation for Assured Clear Distance Ahead, and a crash report was completed.
5/18/2013	6:00 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	Church St.	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a possible water main break. Contact was made with the street department.
5/18/2013	10:19 PM	Suspicious Person/Vehicle	Village Blvd.	On the listed date an officer located an occupied suspicious vehicle on a closed business lot at the listed location. Upon determining everything to be okay,  the officer returned to patrol.

5/19/2013	6:38 PM	DOC	North Chillicothe St.	On the listed date and time, an officer was dispatched to the listed location at Kaiser Field in reference to a parent that was refusing to leave after having been told to by the umpire. Upon arrival the officer made contact with the parent in the vicinity and gave a warning for disorderly conduct regarding their behavior.
5/19/2013	11:03 PM	Suspicious Person/Vehicle	North Chillicothe St.	On the listed date and time, an officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suspicious vehicle.  Upon arrival the officer checked the area and did not locate a vehicle matching the description. I then checked the remainder of the park but was unable to find the vehicle. Upon determining everything to be okay,  the officer returned to a patrol.
