She was placed under arrest and transported to SR736 and Fladt Road where she was released to the Marysville Police Department.

On the stated date and time, while on routine patrol,  an officer observed a silver Pontiac driving in the parking lot of the listed location.  The officer observed there was a person riding on the hood  of the vehicle as it drove around. Spencer Hostetler, 19yoa of Plain City was cited for reckless operation and the 16yoa juvenile riding on the hood was charged with DOC.

The wallet was returned to the residence later in the day by an unknown person and the contents were still in the wallet. It is believed the reporting party lost their wallet and it was returned.

Recovered Stolen Property

On the above date and time an officer was met on station in reference to found property. The reporting party advised that after recovering their stolen vehicle from the impound yard in Columbus they located a license plate that did not belong to them in the cab of the vehicle. The plate was entered as stolen out of the Madison County Sheriff's Office. Contact was made with Madison County who arrived a short time later and retrieved the license plate.

On the stated date and time, an officer received a report of canines that were running loose and attempting to bite the caller. A report was forwarded to the MC Dog Warden.

On the stated date and time an officer received  a report regarding a resident shooting a gun on their premises. The officer met with the resident who advised they were shooting groundhogs. They were given a warning for discharging firearms in the corporation limits.

On the listed date and time, an officer responded to a driving complaint of a red two door hatchback vehicle traveling south on US Route 42 from Industrial Parkway. Dispatch advised that the vehicle was all over the roadway. There was no other description given and the caller was not following the vehicle. An officer observed a red hatchback with one male driver and followed it and observed no violations or erratic driving. The officer did not make contact since no registration or further description was given.

On the listed date and time,  an officer observed an occupied vehicle on the lot of listed closed business. The officer made contact with the driver and learned that he was waiting on a friend to arrive so that he could follow the friend to his residence.

On the listed date and time, an  officer observed three male subjects ducking down beside a vehicle that was parked near West Main Street in an attempt to hide. The officer attempted to make contact with the subjects to find out what they were doing and they took off running. The officer located one subject and placed him into custody. It was discovered that all three subjects were 16 year old males and contact was made with their parents and curfew charges will be filed.

On the stated date and time, while on routine patrol, an officer observed Chad L. Tussing, 37yoa of Plain City at the listed location. Chad had an entered felony warrant out of the Madison County Common Pleas Court (Possession of Drugs). Chad was taken into custody and transported by MCSO to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
