4/2/2013	10:14 AM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	Shepper Ave.	On this date and time, officers responded to the listed address on the report of a trespassing complaint. Upon further investigation it was discovered that Marcia M. Jordan, 28yoa of Plain City,  had an entered warrant for her arrest for Obstruction of Justice. She was placed under arrest and transported to SR736 and Fladt Road where she was released to the Marysville Police Department.
4/2/2013	7:57 PM	Sex Offense		On the stated date and time a confidential sex crime investigation was opened.
4/2/2013	11:22 PM	DOC	West Main St.	On the listed date and time, officers responded to the listed location in reference to a possible assault. Upon further investigation Guril "Jay" Allman, 45 yoa of Plain City was charged with Disorderly Conduct.
4/3/2013	5:15 PM	Civil Dispute/Standby	Friend St.	On the above date and time, an officer met with a subject at the police department in regards to custody exchange. They were referred to their attorney.
4/3/2013	11:10 PM	Suspicious Circumstances	Lewis Cir.	On the listed date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to suspicious circumstances. The caller advised they heard noises outside their window. The officer checked the area on foot and met with the caller. The officer was unable to locate the source.

4/4/2013	11:08 PM	DOC	South Jefferson Ave.	On the stated date and time, while on routine patrol,  an officer observed a silver Pontiac driving in the parking lot of the listed location.  The officer observed there was a person riding on the hood  of the vehicle as it drove around. Spencer Hostetler, 19yoa of Plain City was cited for reckless operation and the 16yoa juvenile riding on the hood was charged with DOC.
4/5/2013	3:39 AM	Suspicious Circumstances	Michael St.	On the stated date and time an officer responded to the listed location in regards to a suspicious circumstance complaint. The caller advised they thought someone was banging on their back door. The officer checked the area on foot and met with the caller, but was unable to locate anyone.
4/5/2013	9:39 AM	Alarm Drop	West Main St.	On the above date and time, officers responded to the listed location in reference to an alarm drop. Upon our arrival it was discovered that the alarm had accidentally been activated by an employee. After concluding everything to be fine, both units returned patrol.
4/5/2013	11:06 AM	Non-Injury Crash	Maple St.	On the above date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a non-injury accident. Upon my arrival and after further investigation,  the drivers exchanged information at the scene.
4/5/2013	2:27 PM	Theft - Felony	Village Blvd.	On the listed date and time an officer was met on station by a person reporting their wallet was lost or stolen. The wallet was returned to the residence later in the day by an unknown person and the contents were still in the wallet. It is believed the reporting party lost their wallet and it was returned.
4/5/2013	2:57 PM	Criminal Damaging	West Ave.	On the listed date and time an officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to an assault incident involving criminal damaging that had occurred the day before. The reporting party advised that they did not wish to pursue charges but wanted the incident documented for insurance purposes.
4/5/2013	6:23 PM	Alarm Drop	West Main St.	On the listed date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to an alarm drop. Upon arrival it was discovered to be employee error.
4/6/2013	3:25 AM	Assist Other Unit	Friend St.	On the stated date and time an officer responded to the police department to witness a OSHP Trooper give a BAC test.
4/6/2013	10:30 AM	Recovered Stolen Property	Gay St.	On the above date and time an officer was met on station in reference to found property. The reporting party advised that after recovering their stolen vehicle from the impound yard in Columbus they located a license plate that did not belong to them in the cab of the vehicle. The plate was entered as stolen out of the Madison County Sheriff's Office. Contact was made with Madison County who arrived a short time later and retrieved the license plate.
4/6/2013	3:20 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	East Main St.	On the stated date and time, an officer received a report of canines that were running loose and attempting to bite the caller. A report was forwarded to the MC Dog Warden.
4/6/2013	3:50 PM	Miscellaneous -	East Main St.	On the stated date and time an officer received  a report regarding a resident shooting a gun on their premises. The officer met with the resident who advised they were shooting groundhogs. They were given a warning for discharging firearms in the corporation limits.
4/6/2013	9:25 PM	Assist Other Agency	Wells Rd.	On the listed date and time, an officer was requested by the Union County Sheriff's Office to backup their deputy at the listed address in reference to an activated alarm.
4/7/2013	11:57 AM	SUICIDE	Currier Rd.	On the above date and time officers responded to Currier Rd just North of Converse Rd to assist a UCSO deputy after he located the vehicle of a suicidal subject possibly in possession of a firearm. Upon arrival officers approached the car and found that the subject was deceased.
4/7/2013	2:46 PM	Unruly	Central Ave.	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in regards to an unruly juvenile complaint.
4/7/2013	8:35 PM	Assist Other Agency	Smith-Calhoun Rd.	On the stated date and time an officer was dispatched to the listed location in regards to a possible burglary in progress complaint. Dispatch further advised that all of the MCSO deputies were busy on other calls and requested our response. Everything checked okay upon arrival.
4/7/2013	11:27 PM	Loud Noise/Disturbance	East First Ave.	On the above date and time an officer responded to the listed location on the report of loud music. Contact was made and the party turned their music down.
4/8/2013	3:02 AM	Open Door	Country Meadow Ln.	On the stated date and time, an officer found the garage door to the listed location to be open. The officer made contact with the resident to advise them.
4/8/2013	1:27 PM	Open Door	West Main St.	On the above date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to an open door to the rear of a vacant house. Upon arrival everything checked okay and the door was secured.
4/8/2013	5:34 PM	Civil Dispute/Standby	Jackson St.	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a theft complaint. Upon arrival it was determined to be a civil issue of property between two married parties. The caller was referred to their attorney.

4/8/2013	8:33 PM	Driving Complaint	Gay St.	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the area of Gay Street and Center Street in reference to a driving complaint. The officer made contact with the driver and made them aware of the complaint and gave a warning for their driving.
4/8/2013	8:51 PM	Domestic Dispute	Gay St.	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the area of Gay Street and Nappa Alley in reference to a possible domestic violence incident.  Upon further investigation it was determined that no violence had taken place and that the couple were having a verbal dispute.
4/9/2013	1:12 AM	Suspicious Circumstances	East Main St.	On the listed date and time, an officer observed the drivers door of a vehicle was open. The officer checked the vehicle and it appeared to be okay. The officer attempted to make contact with the vehicle owner at their residence without success.
4/9/2013	1:55 PM	Driving Complaint	US Rt. 42 N	On the listed date and time, an officer responded to a driving complaint of a red two door hatchback vehicle traveling south on US Route 42 from Industrial Parkway. Dispatch advised that the vehicle was all over the roadway. There was no other description given and the caller was not following the vehicle. An officer observed a red hatchback with one male driver and followed it and observed no violations or erratic driving. The officer did not make contact since no registration or further description was given.
4/9/2013	9:45 PM	Driving Complaint	Fairfield Dr.	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the area of Fairfield Drive and South Chillicothe Street in reference to a driving complaint. The officer located the vehicle and spoke with the driver and gave them a warning for their driving habits.
4/10/2013	9:41 AM	Dog Bite	Village Blvd.	On the stated date and time an officer met with a party that advised of an incident involving a dog bite that occurred in September of 2012.
4/10/2013	9:41 AM	Theft - Misdemeanor	Village Blvd.	On the listed date and time an officer responded to the listed location in regards to a theft.
4/10/2013	4:27 PM	Alarm Drop	Cottonwood Ct.	On the above date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to an alarm drop. Upon arrival the alarm company cancelled the alarm.
4/10/2013	11:15 PM	DOC	West Main St.	On the listed date and time, an officer observed two subjects involved in a verbal altercation. Upon further investigation Guril "Jay" Allman, 45yoa of Plain City was arrested and charged with Persistent DOC and was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.
4/11/2013	1:17 PM	Loud Noise/Disturbance	Jackson St.	On the above date and time, officers responded to the area of the listed location in reference to gun shots. Upon further investigation it was discovered that the noise was coming from lawn mower that was back-firing.

4/12/2013	12:01 AM	Suspicious Vehicle	East South St.	On the listed date and time,  officers responded to the area of East South Street and Madison Avenue in reference to s silver colored vehicle that had driven through the area several times real slowly. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate the vehicle.
4/13/2013	1:02 AM	Suspicious Person/Vehicle	South Jefferson Ave.	On the listed date and time,  an officer observed an occupied vehicle on the lot of listed closed business. The officer made contact with the driver and learned that he was waiting on a friend to arrive so that he could follow the friend to his residence.
4/13/2013	1:52 AM	Curfew	West Main St.	On the listed date and time, an  officer observed three male subjects ducking down beside a vehicle that was parked near West Main Street in an attempt to hide. The officer attempted to make contact with the subjects to find out what they were doing and they took off running. The officer located one subject and placed him into custody. It was discovered that all three subjects were 16 year old males and contact was made with their parents and curfew charges will be filed.
4/13/2013	8:20 AM	Alarm Drop	West Main St.	On the listed date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to an alarm drop. Upon my arrival I met with several employees and learned that the alarm was accidental

4/13/2013	5:28 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	Shepper Ave.	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a loose canine complaint. The loose canine attacked another canine and caused injury. Justin D. Rozelle, 29yoa of Plain City was subsequently issued a summons for Confinement, Restraining, Debarking Dogs.
4/13/2013	7:02 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	Maple St.	On the listed date and time, an officer met with a party who advised they fell into a window at the post office and accidently broke a window pane. The post office was notified of the incident.
4/13/2013	8:46 PM	Driving Complaint	Willow Creek Dr.	On the listed date and time, an officer responded to the listed location on the report of a driving complaint. The officer was unable to locate the vehicle in question.
4/13/2013	10:36 PM	Loud Noise/Disturbance	West Bigelow Ave.	On the listed date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a noise complaint. The officer made contact with the business owner and made them aware of the complaint.
4/14/2013	12:07 AM	Barking Dog	Gay St.	On the listed date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in regards to a barking dog complaint.  The owner was not home at the time of the call. Will require follow up.
4/14/2013	5:31 AM	911 Unknown	East Main St.	On this date and time, an officer along with a deputy from UCSO responded to the listed location on the report of a 911 hang-up. Everything was determined to be fine upon arrival.
4/14/2013	8:45 AM	Non-Injury Crash/Private	South Jefferson Ave.	On the listed date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a private property non-injury crash that had occurred in the lot. Both parties exchanged information, and photographs were taken. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
4/14/2013	10:33 AM	Alarm Drop	Doe St.	On the listed date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to an alarm drop.  Upon my arrival the everything was found to be okay.
4/14/2013	4:14 PM	Warrant - Felony	North Chillicothe St.	On the stated date and time, while on routine patrol, an officer observed Chad L. Tussing, 37yoa of Plain City at the listed location. Chad had an entered felony warrant out of the Madison County Common Pleas Court (Possession of Drugs). Chad was taken into custody and transported by MCSO to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
