The owner was located and moved the vehicle. It was discovered they parked in the wrong driveway by accident.

The officer met with the owner at the listed location. The owner did not find anything out of the ordinary and the flashers were turned off.

Dispatch further advised the anonymous complainant stated that there was a party and the tenants were being loud. Contact was made at the residence and they were advised reference the complaint. The parties agreed they would quite down.

Douglas Stillner, 30yoa of Plain City was arrested and charged with Persistent Disorderly Conduct and transported to Tri-County Jail.
12/16/2012	8:14 PM	Assist Other Agency	State Route 161	On the listed date an officer was dispatched to the area of Converse Drive in reference to a littering complaint that had occurred on SR 161. Information was obtained and forwarded to Madison County S.O.
12/17/2012	3:29 PM	Threatened Suicide	North Ave.	On this date and time, officers responded to the listed address on the report of a male who was threatening suicide. Officers assisted with the scene and the medics transported the male to the hospital for an evaluation.
12/17/2012	5:15 PM	Vandalism	West Second Ave.	On this date and time, an officer met with a resident at the listed address in reference to his vehicle being "keyed." A report was taken.
12/17/2012	9:55 PM	Drunk Driver	West Bigelow Ave.	On the listed date and time, an officer observed a vehicle drive northbound on Gay Street north of West Bigelow Avenue, which is posted as One Way to the south.  The officer initiated a traffic stop with the truck and made contact with the driver, John Neil Rouse III, 61yoa of Dublin. Mr. Rouse was subsequently arrested and charged with OVI.
12/18/2012	1:50 PM	Vandalism	West Main St.	On this date and time, and officer made contact with a party who reported that the catalytic converter on their delivery vehicle had been stolen while parked at the food pantry. A report was taken.
12/18/2012	2:54 PM	Alarm Drop	West Main St.	On the above date and time,  an officer responded to the listed location in reference to an alarm drop. Upon my arrival, it was determined to be an employee error. After concluding everything to be fine, the officer returned to patrol.

12/19/2012	6:39 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	South Jefferson Ave.	On the above date and time, an officer was dispatched to the listed location to meet with a Madison County Deputy Sheriff's unit in regards to a male that was requesting a relay to Marion, Ohio. Upon further investigation it was discovered that the male had committed a crime in Madison County and he was transported back to their deputy for charges.

This was to provide backup for one of their deputies who was out with a male subject that had felony warrants.

12/10/2012	11:22 PM	Suspicious Vehicle	West Main St.	On the listed date and time an officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suspicious vehicle. The caller advised that a vehicle was parked in the drive-thru lane and no one was around. The caller thought it was unusual due to the late hour. The officer checked the area and discovered that an employee was inside working.
12/11/2012	3:12 PM	Injury Crash	US Rt. 42 S	On the listed date and time an officer was dispatched to the intersection of West Avenue and US42 in reference to a 3 vehicle injury crash. After further investigation it was determined that Unit #1 failed to yield when pulling from the stop sign on Perry Pike. Unit #1 was struck by Unit #2 vehicle (northbound on US42) which in turn pushed Unit #1 vehicle into Unit #3 as he was stopped on West Avenue at US42. Unit #1, Pamela Jones-Doza, 42yoa of Plain City was issued a citation for Failure to Yield from a Stop Sign. Officer completed a crash report.

He was  placed into custody and transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
11/28/2012	8:53 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	Converse Ave.	On the listed date and time, an officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a loose dog. The officer checked the area and was unable to locate the dog.
11/29/2012	6:30 AM	Road Hazard	North Ave	On the above date and time, an officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a down power line. Upon arrival with the Pleasant Valley Fire Department, it was determined to be a support cable that was running parallel with North Avenue and down between several poles. The fire department had their dispatcher make contact with the power and telephone company. The Plain City Public Works Department blocked off several streets and alleys affected by the cable.
11/30/2012	8:17 AM	Non-Injury Crash	West Main St.	On the above date and time, an officer responded to a non-injury accident in front of the listed location. Upon my arrival, and after further investigation, It was discovered that driver one had been stopped on West Main Street preparing to turn north into the parking lot of the listed location while operating her Mercury Grand Marquis. Driver two was traveling behind driver one in her Honda Civic when she failed to observe driver one stop in front of her due to dialing her cell phone. Kelsey Shaw, 23yoa of Springfield, Ohio  was issued a citation for A.C.D.A. and the officer completed a crash report.
11/30/2012	10:05 AM	Alarm Drop	Cottonwood Ct.	On the above date and time, an officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to an alarm drop. Upon the officers arrival, it was found that the residence was secure and nothing appeared out of the usual.

12/1/2012	2:56 AM	Loud Noise/Disturbance	North Ave.	On this date and time, officer's responded to the listed location on a loud music complaint. Upon arrival contact was made with the suspect, the music was turned down and he was given a warning for disorderly conduct for playing the loud music.
12/1/2012	3:16 AM	Curfew/Obstruction	South Jefferson Ave.	On the stated date and time, while conducting routine business checks,  an officer observed two juveniles take off running from the area of the listed location. After a search the juveniles were located and contact was made with their parents. Charges are pending on a 15yoa and 16yoa male for curfew, obstruction. Contact was also made with their probation officer.
12/1/2012	12:03 PM	Disabled Vehicle	SR 161 E	On the listed date and time, an officer was dispatched to the area of SR161E and Old SR161 in reference to a possible vehicle crash. Upon arrival the officer observed a silver Ford F-150 that had the front drivers side tire stuck in the ditch. The vehicle was removed causing no damage and no crash report was taken.
12/1/2012	12:39 PM	Domestic Dispute	John St.	On the listed date and time, an officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival it was discovered that the dispute was about one resident locking the other resident out of the house. Upon the officers arrival the resident agreed to allow the other back inside. Parties were instructed how to pursue with a legal eviction process.

The complaint was that a vehicle had another vehicle blocked in. The  owner moved their vehicle so that the caller could leave the parking lot.

12/2/2012	10:21 PM	Domestic Violence - OVI	Jackson St.	On the listed date and time, officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic violence incident with assault. The suspect fled the scene prior to the officers arrival.  A BOLO was placed and a short time later he was located and stopped by the West Jefferson Police Department. A Plain City officer responded to the location of the stop and after a further investigation  Shawn T. Spencer, 26 yoa of Grove City was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence and OVI and transported to Tri-County Jail.
