Upon the officers arrival contact was made and the individual was transported to a nearby residence.

The anonymous complainant advised that they could hear the residents in that location arguing. Upon arrival it was determined that no assault or threat of violence had occurred. Parties agreed to be civil.
12/5/2012	12:31 PM	Suspicious Circumstances	Doe St.	A resident from Lantern Lane called to report a suspicious person. It was confirmed that the person was from the Madison County Auditor's Office taking pictures.
12/5/2012	3:15 PM	Domestic Dispute	North Ave.	On the listed date and time, officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a dispute. Upon arrival it was discovered that no violence or threats had occurred and the parties agreed to separate.

On the above date and time, an officer responded to the area of the listed location as requested by the Madison County Sheriff's Office. This was to provide backup for one of their deputies who was out with a male subject that had felony warrants.

On the listed date and time, an officer received an anonymous complaint in reference to two Kirby Vacuum sales persons soliciting without a permit on Willowbend Circle. Contact was made and the parties were given warnings and advised proper actions to take to obtain a permit.

Contact was made with the Jonathan Alder School District regarding the issue. It was discovered that the juvenile did not reside in Plain City .

12/9/2012	2:49 AM	Drunk Driver	East Main St.	On the stated date and time an officer initiated a traffic stop at the listed location. Tina M. Reed, 44 yoa of Plain City was arrested and charged with OVI, lanes of travel and expired license.

12/9/2012	2:05 PM	Domestic Dispute	West Main St.	On the listed date and time an officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to an active domestic dispute involving the listed parties. The officer stood by and conducted a civil standby as one parties removed their personal belongings and left the residence.

12/10/2012	8:42 AM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	South Chillicothe St.	On the above date and time, an officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to an elderly male with a medical condition wanting to leave the residence in a vehicle despite the family's request not to. Upon arrival it was eventually agreed that the male would wait until he spoke with his doctor about driving.

12/10/2012	3:40 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	South Chillicothe St.	On the stated date and time, an officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to an animal complaint
12/10/2012	11:22 PM	Suspicious Vehicle	West Main St.	On the listed date and time an officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suspicious vehicle. The caller advised that a vehicle was parked in the drive-thru lane and no one was around. The caller thought it was unusual due to the late hour. The officer checked the area and discovered that an employee was inside working.
12/11/2012	3:12 PM	Injury Crash	US Rt. 42 S	On the listed date and time an officer was dispatched to the intersection of West Avenue and US42 in reference to a 3 vehicle injury crash. After further investigation it was determined that Unit #1 failed to yield when pulling from the stop sign on Perry Pike. Unit #1 was struck by Unit #2 vehicle (northbound on US42) which in turn pushed Unit #1 vehicle into Unit #3 as he was stopped on West Avenue at US42. Unit #1, Pamela Jones-Doza, 42yoa of Plain City was issued a citation for Failure to Yield from a Stop Sign. Officer completed a crash report.
