Officer responded on a report of an male making inappropriate comments to customers. Upon arrival, officer learned the male had left the area and the business wanted the male trespassed from the location. After further investigation, the male was located and trespassed from the location.

While speaking with witnesses, it was learned one witness had a confirmed warrant out of Union County. Subsequently, Roberto Flores, 50, of Plain City, was arrested and transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.

Officer responded on a report of a non-injury crash between a truck and a parked vehicle on Coachman Drive. Subsequently, David Adkins, 51, of Plain City, was issued a citation for Reasonable Control.

A traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle that the registration did not return to the appropriate vehicle. After further investigation, the driver, Sandro Blacas-Cruz, 42, of Columbus, did not have a valid license and was under FRA Suspension. Subsequenlty, Sandro, was cited for No Valid OL and FRA Suspension. The vehicle was towed to the PCPD Impound Lot.

Stolen Car

Officers responded on a report of a stolen vehicle towing a flatbed trailer with a lawnmower on it. A short time later, officers located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. Subsequently, Derek Moore, 39, of Columbus, was arrested and charged with Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle. He also had a confirmed warrant out of Union County and several driving suspensions. He was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail. The vehicle was released to the owner.
