Officers responded on a report of a dump truck unable to maintain lanes. The dump truck was located and a traffic stop initiated. Subsequently, Roberto Perez-Mendoza, 34, of Etna, was issued citations for No Driver's License and Expired Tags. Another individual drove the dump truck from the scene.

A traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle for speeding. After further investigation, Guzman Eliezer, 28, of Columbus, was issued citations for Speed and No OL. The vehicle was towed to the PCPD Impound Lot.
