Subsequently, Roberto Perez-Mendoza, 34, of Etna, was issued citations for No Driver's License and Expired Tags. Another individual drove the dump truck from the scene.

13-Mar-24	5:00:00 PM	Behavioral Health	South Chillicothe St.	Officer responded on a behavioral health issue and determined the individual was not a harm to himself or others. A parent was notified.	Plain City Elementary School
13-Mar-24	4:12:00 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	Jackson St.	Officer responded on a report of a canine on the roof of a residence. Contact was made with the owner, he safely got the dog inside and was advised to keep control of his dog.
13-Mar-24	2:21:00 PM	Traffic Stop	West Ave.	A traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle for speeding. After further investigation, Guzman Eliezer, 28, of Columbus, was issued citations for Speed and No OL. The vehicle was towed to the PCPD Impound Lot.
