After further investigation, the registration on the vehicle did not match and had expired tags. Subsequently, Eli Webb, 20, of Grove City, was issued citations for Squeal and Peel, Expired Tags and Fictitious Plates. The vehicle was towed to the PCPD Impound Lot.
