Subsequently, Hayden Morrison, 28, of Plain City, was charged with Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Marijuana and Reece McFarland, 23, of Plain City, was charged with Possession of Marijuana. The officer advised to place the registration so it was visible.
12-May-23	3:59:00 PM	Road Hazard	Converse Ave.	Officer responded on a report of grass clippings all over the road, made contact with the homeowner, who removed the clippings from the roadway.

Upon approach of the vehicle, officers detected a strong odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle. After further investigation, it was determined that Subject thought his truck was part of hit skip crash/ damage to vehicle was determined that an unknown subject attempted to force tailgate open.
