Officer responded on a trespassing complaint. The caller advised he did not want a known subject on his property. Officer advised if the subject returns to contact the police department.

Warrant - Misdemeanor

West Ave.

A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle with multiple traffic violations. During the stop, it was learned that Juan Carlos Matute, 45, of Columbus, had a confirmed warrant out of Muskingum County. Subsequently, he was arrested and transported to Tri-County Regional Jail. He was given citation for No OL, Turn Signal and Stop Sign.
