31-Dec-22	12:00:00 AM	Assault - Felony	Noteman Rd.	Officers responded on a report of an attempted theft. The homeowner, confronted the subject about the theft and was assaulted by the subject. After further investigation, Christopher Kohl, 37, of Columbus, was arrested and charged with Theft and Felonious Assault. He was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.
31-Dec-22	1:18:00 AM	Domestic Dispute	North Ave.	Officers responded on a possible domestic dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend. Both parties agreed to remain calm and separate for the evening.
01-Jan-23	11:37:00 AM	Criminal Damaging	West South St.	Officer responded on a possible criminal damaging complaint. The caller reported a strand of lights on her porch had been cut by her neighbor. After further investigation, it was determined the lights had been damaged by an animal. The caller was warned for disorderly conduct due to her actions towards her neighbor.

Contact was made with the subject, who advised he worked for Verizon Wireless but didn't have a Solicitor permit. Subsequently, Justin Tempson, 27, of Philadelphia, PA, was issued a citation for Soliciting without a Permit.
02-Jan-23	5:21:00 PM	Suspicious Person/Vehicle	Slippery Rail Dr.	Officer found a vehicle parked in a construction zone and two subjects walking in a nearby field. Both parties were warned about possible consequences of being on property without permission.
