04-Nov-22	6:08:00 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	SR 161 E	During a traffic stop, it was learned the driver, Gage Weber, 21, of London, had a confirmed warrant out of Champaign County and was placed into custody. Gage was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.
04-Nov-22	5:17:00 PM	Parking Complaint	North Chillicothe St.	Officer observed a vehicle parked in a no parking zone. Contact was made with the vehicle owner, who moved the vehicle without incident.
05-Nov-22	10:08:00 PM	Theft - Felony	West Main St.	Officers responded on a report of a theft in progress. Upon arrival, officers found two females loading several items into a van. Subsequently, Devin Harry, 28, of Mechanicsburg, was arrested and charged with Theft, Breaking and Entering, Criminal Damaging and Open Container and Hali Layne, 27, of Delaware, was arrested and charged with Theft, Breaking and Entering and Criminal Damaging. 05-Nov-22	7:39:00 PM	Parking Complaint	Carriage Dr.	Officers observed a vehicle parked in a no parking zone. Contact was made with the vehicle owner, who moved the vehicle without incident.
