Officer was dispatched to a possible solicitor complaint on Alderwood Circle.  Officer made contact with two subjects who stated they were not soliciting; they were there with a list of customers that they were supposed to seal coat their driveways. Subjects provided Officer with the client list, which showed they were there by the resident's request. Officer advised both subjects of the possible consequence if they do solicit without a permit and informed them of the proper steps to secure a permit if they chose to. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the caller.  Caller was able to show Officer a video of the incident and is trying to provide Officer with a copy of the video.
